Hello ST,I can't find any information for the correct package marking (part marking) of eeprom M95128-DRDW8TP/K.Data Sheet for this device not includes information about package marking specification.On the ST site for this device also has no information about marking.Thanks for Your help.

I'm trying to use the emulated EEPROM on the b-l475e-iot board... Hello everybody,I am experiencing an unexpected power consuption from the STM6600CS25DM6F. When the button is pressed an extra amount of current is drawn (40uA) from the circuit. I know that some of it is due to the pull-up resistor on the pbout pin (about 6uA). Is this an expected current consumption?

I'm trying to connect an external antenna to the B-L475E-IOT01A1 eval board...The data sheet says that the external antenna is designed to be used with the U.FL connector...but I can't find is whether the U.FL connector is already soldered onto the board, or if I need to solder it on, and specifically where it needs to be soldered.It looks like the data sheet is suggesting using a connector like this:https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Taoglas/RECE-20279-001E-01?qs=WUa1z%2FNV9%252b3mVij1vDlP0A%3D%3D&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_IjPqe685AIVmeJ3Ch33tgkyEAAYASAAEgJswfD_BwEAnyone know more about this?

Dear Sir, We are manufacturer of hotel automation products in India. We intend to use ACST (AC Switch Triac) in two applications. For On/Off control (to replace electromechanical relays) and for phase control of light / fan dimming application.We wish to know your opinion to solve two problems faced by us.Problem 1After using the ST AC Switch Simulator application Schematic-I is as attached.We have a practical constraint using this schematic. As independent neutral wire is not available near the electrical load because it is a common practice in hotel industry to loop neutral and earth of all the lamps, fan, Fan coil unit (FCU), curtain motor, etc.Please note that only phase wire is available for every electrical load which enters our product and it is either switched or dimmed. HelloI need to design an EFT filtering circuitry in front of the DC-DC power lines to suppress industrial transients, according to standart IEC 61000-4-4.I need performance criteria A (device is not affected any of the transients) suppression for at least level 2 (2 kV and 5 kHz) eft bursts in my design.So far with the help of the basic elements I can suppress level 1 transient waves (0.5 kV 5 kHz). In the design I use two ferrite beads one in the voltage side and one in the ground. Then I added varistor, tvs and common mode choke in parallel and series inductors again one in voltage side and one in the ground. Lastly I added capacitor block consists of 7 caps in parallel decreasing of factor 10 from 1000 uf to 1nf.What improvements should I do to suppress these level 2 transients with criteria A performance?

Sorry if its wrong section to post this.I found this IC from a Galaxy Note 4, apparently it has something to do with display. My display isnt working because this IC is blown. This is what it looks like:Code on top reads : ST 328 M515It is very small and have 4 pins on each side with a heat sink pad on the bottom. I cant find anything related online, please help!

When I develop the digital communication board using the ST10F269, I see the problem.- Problem: Although the interrupt signal is normal, interrupt handler of ST10F269Z2T3 is not working.I want to receive the advice about this problem.Q1) What is the factor of this problem?Q2) Have you ever expereinced this problem (or similar case)?The enviroment of development is as follows- Communication Period: 400Hz (2.5msec)- Compiler: C166/ST10 (Tasking EDE v7.5)- The external IC(FPGA) makes the interrupt signal to the P2.9(EX1IN) of ST10F269.

Can you also confirm how many pins have inbuilt ESD diode? According to datasheet its 2. But according to diagram in datasheet 4 pins have ESD.Also suggest which choke is better for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 application among these two.ECMF02-2HSMX6 or ECMF02-2AMX6.

The details on the device are ST DS(5)NM6 0(O) 6K0(O)8H222 I have indicated in brackets the option for the read symbols on the device as I may have misread them. This device is fitted in a Carlo Gavazzi DMB01C timing relay and it appears to be over heating causing the timer to stop working. We have recorded the device at 60Deg C .I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction for a data sheet or the operating parameters for the device in question. many thanks Mick

I have currently implemented this device in the USB3 channels, but wondering if it is suitable for use in the 100 base Automotive Ethernet, 10/100/1000 Ethernet and CAN (up to 1Mbit/s) channels given they are significantly slower? More to rationalise the number of different parts on quite a complex PCB than anything else. Including the ESD and EMI protection in the one device also makes layout a lot simpler.

My product production plan is based on HDMI2C1-14HD designed Micro-HDMI interface, the software system is UbuntuI have encountered a problem, when I connect the MicroHDMI interface, the system can not read the EDID normally, showing 0X50 no ACK;But the same circuit, when I use the HDMI-A interface design, I can correctly read the display's EDID. I am trying to use the L7980A as a current driver for a laser diode. The laser operates with 1.65A at 8.7v. I am aware that the laser needs to carefully controlled, to avoid over-voltage killing the diode. I'm using eDesignSuite, but the design gives no details as to the power-up characteristics. Anyone have any ideas? I have a feeling it will be OK, but I don't want to kill a laser diode to find out.
