Hello everyone,I got the above mentioned Eval boards with the following adaptions to suit my application:- Tx coil connected to STEVAL-WBC86TX: WE 760308101104 - Rx coil  connected to STEVAL-WLC38RX: Custom PCB antenna with ~1.5 µH self-inductance, ~ 9 x 9 mm^2 size- Rx Ctank: 1.57 µF --> leads to a resonance frequency of ~102 kHz for the receiver circuit When I place the receiver coil in 2 mm distance to the transmit coil, I can see the ping by a repeating short light-up of D7 on the STEVAL-WLC38RX board. However, there is no power transfer and STSW-WPSTUDIO connected to the transmitter indicates a signal strength timeout as EPT reason. Hello, Good Morning Can i design SMPS using HVLED007 which should work on universal input and should provide 24v 2amp at its output it is PFC too. The most challenging part is to calculate and wind flyback transformer. I've some transformer bobbins and cores with me but dont have complete data i have calculated data manually like MPL,AE etc. but still some data is unknown like core material. Is there any SMPS application note for this.

Hello We are currently working on programming the STPMIC25APQR Power Management IC and are facing some issues related to the LDOs.As per the datasheet, there are no NVM control registers for LDO1 and LDO4, with their default output voltages specified as 1.8V for LDO1 and 3.3V for LDO4. While testing we  observed that LDO4 gives the default voltage i.e 3.3V as the output,but LDO1 is gives 0V instead of the default 1.8V as output. We have to program LDO1 manually each time to achieve the desired output voltage.We have tested three different PMIC chips, and the issue persists across all of them. Could you please assist us in identifying the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it? Thanks & RegardsAkshitha Pattem   

Hi team, I have a question about L9396 VBST and VB voltage. The normal operation voltage rage of VBST and VB pin is (-0.1V,19V), and the absolute maxmum ratings of VBST and VB pin is  (-0.3V,40V). So, in case that the voltage is (19V, 40V), what will L9396 behave? If there is any error flag?   Thanks, Paul

Hi    I'm using the part STNS01 with a Li-Polymer batter of 6mAh (nominal capacity).. I've used a 13KΩ resistor for to set current charge limit which provides 15mA as the output for the CCCV charging.   Would there be any issue with using a 6mA battery with the STNS01 set to 15mA (this is the lowest setting)?   I was assuming the battery would only source the current it was capable of using.   Thanks in advance for any assistance. 

I intend to design a microcontroller circuit with a BTA40-600B RD91 to control the power delivered to a heating resistor (220Vrms, 12Ω, 4KW). I thought about using the MOC3023 to mediate the activation of the BTA40, but I don't know if it is the most suitable optocoupler. Another question is about the snubber circuit. The load is purely resistive, so is a snubber circuit really necessary? Thanks for the help.

Hello and nice dayI am looking for STSW-3KWTLCP source code.As you know, the .bin and .out files are uploaded on the product page, these files are definitely obtained from the codes which written in C language, I would like to know how I can access the codes which written in C language, will these codes be sent with the purchase of STSW-3KWTLCP? or should I purchase these codes separately? Hi,We are developing a product using the WLC38 as RX.It works OK in combination with wbc2tx50 board, and a single Spigen QI charger we found (no overheating, constant power > 10W achievable).However using any other charging pads (either Qi1 15W or Qi2..) either doesn't communicate to the EPP mode (stays in BPP) or is working for ~10 seconds, but after that shuts down (seems like they try to communicate higher OP frequency, which causes wlc38 to overheat, or trigger some other protection...)Question:Can anybody recommend any changes in configuration of WLC38 to support more charging pads? Allow EPP mode, and allow continous operation?Are there any known and available chargers that are tested, and work ok with WLC38 in EPP up to 15W?Looking through the forum @willzhou is there a pin compatbile replacement or another chip that enables QI2.0 MPP or some other way of ensuring stable power delivery? I am working on L99DZ100G IC. I am able to communicate with L99DZ100G correctly. But when I check Out1 to Out6 , I am getting 12V by default. If I make on and off CR4.B.OUT1_HS and CR4.B.OUT1_LS respectively it is working correctly. If I make off CR4.B.OUT1_HS and CR4.B.OUT1_LS I am getting 12V across OUT1. My expectations were by default, in off state OUT1 to OUT6 remains low. Could you please support me in this case?

Hello. I'm using L9369 IC and have a problem.   Stage A is not working.   i made control code for Stage A,B. (they are very similar)   i used below two command for H-brdige operation.   but. current was not flow.   here is phenomenon. 1.Low side GL1,2 is not working, 2. GH1,2 turn on/ off at same time. 3. IERR (bit 30) is set to '1'. 4.I read register 120d, there was no Over current detection flag.     refer to datasheet, bit 30 is IERR[1], and it designate OverCurrent VDS, VGS(what is 'e'? just typo?)   please let me know what register should i check?   thank you

We are designing PFC converter using L6562A controller for 340Vac-440Vac to 665Vdc with 250W as output power.We are facing problems of very low Power factor at lighter loads.What might be the possible reasons for this and how can we tackel this? Regards,Dilip Ramgir

Hi,L7987L IC is used for generating -15V from 24V supply. it was working OK up to 12V, upon further increasing Supply Voltage we found arc at the soft start pin.

Per example code of L9369, to set SPI_set_PWM, one read-write operation for 6Ah is used and  to set SPI_PWM_A, another read-write operation for 6Ah is used. My question: Can two separate read-write operations be merged into only one？ Thanks!

EN_EL pin (#47) is originally EN function and to set it as RST function， need to set D[4] of reg8Ah. My question: When to set D[4] to 1 to enable RST function?  should it do after setting watchdog ?  Hi.I am using the L6599AD without PFC.Previously, the DIS pin was connected to the DELAY pin and used as a SHUTDOWN.However, the frequent peak current caused SHUTDOWN.So I connected the DIS pin to GROUND and made it work in HICCUP MODE.However, the problem is that the shutdown still occurs once in a while (I haven't confirmed it directly, but it happened in the field).HICCUP MODE cannot be a SHUTDOWN.So, the situations that can cause a shutdown in HICCUP MODE are1. output short(ocp)2. INPUT VOLTAGE(Low)I think there are 2 things.Can you give me any advice or situations other than these two?

Hello,I have developed a custom board using the STPM33 to measure power consumption. The schematic is identical to the evaluation board.I can communicate with the STPM33 via SPI and have verified that the data I write is correctly stored in the device.My system is connected to my room AC outlet (with a stable voltage), and the device under test draws a steady current over time. However, when reading register 0x48 to obtain RMS voltage and  RMScurrent for channel 1, I observe that both values increase over time, even though the voltage should remain around 120V AC (If I wait 5 imn the RMS voltage is 160V).Do you have any insights into why this might be happening?Here are my register values:DSP_CR1 (0x00): 20 00 00 A0DSP_CR2 (0x02): 20 00 00 A0DSP_CR3 (0x04): 08 80 44 E0DFE_CR1 (0x18): 03 27 03 27DFE_CR2 (0x1A): 03 26 03 26All other registers are left at their default values.Thank you for your help!

Hello Anyone did ever you use the MC34063ACD-TR for to power on a "MCU" at 3.3V? From datasheet it seems it needs change R1 and R2 for to obtain the goal but the figure 15 shows until 5V so..I ask you if i can use it for my application. My application is to convert  from 24V to 3.3V.
