I can't find anything in CubeMX or HAL documentation or STM32G4xx_hal_adc.h or STM32G4xx_hal_adc_ex.h about how to enable Bulb Sampling Mode. How do I enable Bulb sampling mode using CubeMX and HAL?

Hello!I'm working with a STM32G474 and would like to achieve, that a HRTIM trigger is used to trigger sampling of an injected group in an ADC. So far, I managed to set everything up and have the system running. But now, I'd like to combine this mechanism with the ADC Oversampler. The course of actions I'd like to achieve would look as follows (assuming Oversampling ratio x4 and 2 channels in the injected conversion sequence):Is this achievable with some out-of-the-box CubeMX configuration settings?Alternatively, I'd also be happy with a sequence like this:

I am uploading a custom bootloader to an STM32G071. When I select Full Erase, I get the error "Error occurred during mass erase." How can I solve this? I am using Utility.   

Hey,I have an STM32H757 that I’m trying to program for the first time.When I try to program it using STM32CubeIDE or CubeProgrammer, I lose the ST-Link connection after programming one of the cores.Changing the programming order doesn’t solve the issue.The code has been tested on an evaluation board, where it runs correctly and behaves as expected.Is there a recommended procedure or step-by-step guide for programming a blank MCU for the first time?Best regards,Matthias

Hi everyone.I'm trying to send more than 256 bytes of data from the host to the STM32 using USB CDC VCP, and I don't know why VCP won't accept more than 64 bytes of data. My project is already halfway done. If I switch to the USB bulk method, do I have to replace the USB CDC library and rewrite all the code from scratch? Hi, I have a question about supplying power to DSI interface on STM32H747BGT6 (208 LGFP package).RM0399 says, "The DSI interface is supplied from a dedicated VDD12DSI supply that can be provided eitherby the integrated DSI regulator or by an external DSI supply."The figure also shows the two ways to supply 1.2V to DSI PHY. As far as I read from RM0399, if I want to supply 1.2V to DSI PHY with DSI regulator, I should first deliver 3.3V to VDDDSI, and connect VCAPDSI to VDD12DSI. But the pinout diagram of STM32H747BGT6 (208 LGFP package) has no VDDDSI but only two VDD12DSI.

Hi,I have a DMA2D issue with a STM32N6 Nucleo-144 board. I can use the DMA2D to blend two framebuffers if the inputs are in the AXISRAM1. However, when one of the framebuffers is in AXISRAM3 (NPU RAM), the DMA2D doesn't copy from the relevant framebuffer. There is no error, but the output is invalid.I can copy to the AXISRAM3 using HPDMA without any issue. I am following the STM32N6 FSBL Load & Run tutorial https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus/how-to-create-an-stm32n6-fsbl-load-and-run/ta-p/768206 , but have trouble getting the application running. I am using below setup:STM32CubeIDE - v1.19.0STM32CubeProgrammer -v2.21.0STM32CubeMX - v6.15.0I have created a custom external memory loader for W25Q32JWZPIQ and able to connect device in Dev boot mode (BOOT1 -1, BOOT0-0) and flash FSBL-trusted.bin and Appli-trusted.bin at 0x70000000 and 0x70100000 respectively. Also, I am able to verify the contents. 

Hi, Im planning on using STM32H747BGT6 in LDO mode only and no USB interfaces will be used. What should I do with SMPS pins (VSSSMPS, VLXSMPS, VDDSMPS, VFBSMPS) and USB supply pins (VDD50_USB and VDD33_USB)? The datasheet nor the application note don't say much about what to do with these pins when not used.Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I'm new to using the STM32 and honestly had great grief trying to connect to the chip.I'm using STlink V3 and designed my own PCB.Trying to flash a F/W to the PCB. I ordered the PCB from JLCPCB.I keep getting unable to get core ID as a message and I can't figure out why?I seem to be able to connect for a few seconds but than i get a message, unable to get core ID and it disconnects.When I compile a code and try to flash it, it also tells me flash successful but I don't think the code got flashed successfully as the chip doesn't work as expected and also I am still unable to connect to it and i get messages unable to get Core ID.Any help or suggestions? I have the RST connected to GND with a resistor, schematics attached.

I like to use SPI in continous DMA mode together with a SPI-slave that uses the falling-edge of the spi clock (AS5048A: https://ams-osram.com/products/sensor-solutions/position-sensors/ams-as5048a-high-resolution-position-sensor). So, I have to use CHPA=1. But setting this, the NSSP hardware management does not work.I'm looking for a solution that makes continous dma handling possible. As a workaround I am using an interrupt-trigger GPIO solution for the NSSP pin. But that results in a interrupt load, that would be unneccessary, it the dma could operate circular continous.I there another workaround? Maybe using some hardware modification?Thanks!

Hello, I'm using Nucleo H723ZG.In my project, i need to detect a rising edge to trigger a callback. What i have done is that i setup a GPIO as external interrupt, and i verified the code by manually connecting and releasing from 3v3 pin. The actual signal i want to trigger is high for approx 38ns , and the callback is not triggering.What is the best solution for this?System operating at - 480MHzPeripheral clocks - 60MHzTimer clocks - 120MHz edit : Can i use Timer input capture for that, does using it in one pulse mode mean it detects a rising edge and then resets until next trigger (as a slave timer)edit: I tried the timer input capture too, but still same effect, I used the HAL_TIM_IC_CaptureCallback , One pulse mode is enabled, it is in slave mode, I even applied a 1MHz signal still callback is not triggering, when i applied a 100KHz signal the callback triggers properly. edit: upto 400KHz si

Hello stm community. I am working on a project involving STM32H7 series MCU with Raw LCD panel of 24 bits. Since the display has no IC i am using the internal LTDC component to drive the lcd. So i have some questions can i drive the lcd backlight with My STM board or i just give some voltage to it . Some lcd says it needs 16 v power supply. Is there any complications in this and is it possible to do this way drive a Raw parallel 24 bit lcd with stm32 without lcd IC. give some expert opinions.

I'm looking for an ST microcontroller that can do I2S receiving while remaining low power, presumably by keeping the core asleep and using DMA to copy I2S chunks to a buffer. I think I saw a video demo of this at some point somewhere on the website, but now I cant find it. When I say low power, I mean <1mA, preferably <200uA if possible. I assume this would be something like an M0 or M4 core.
