STM32 MCUs Products

Hi we're using STM32L412RB controller for our development wanted to know what are preferable IDE that can be used for the software development for the purchased controller.(They've suggested us for Eclipse wanted to make sure is it okay to use eclipse if yes what are the advantages and disadvantages of that)Also need the suitable emulator information/suggestion regarding this? 

I have stm3210e-eval board and I would like to know if it supports Autosar and can explore available resources or libraries that can facilitate the integration of Autosar standards into my project

i'm using stm32l4r9 discovery kit and the built in led of stm32l4r9 discovery kit works but led attached to other gpios don't work. no mater if i set or rest it.

STM32H7A3ZIT6QI have a firmware that receives data via UART and responds accordingly at an external side, using a Timer interrupt. When the JTAG is connected, the program works as expected, with all commands being responded to. However, when the JTAG is disconnected, the microcontroller fails to respond consistently or with high frequency. This indicates a possible issue related to the presence of the JTAG interface.I currently do not use WFI() or WFE() in my code, so I assume it won't enter sleep mode. However, I am not entirely sure about this. I am curious to know why the behavior of the system differs when JTAG is connected versus when it is not. I wonder how to approach this situation and what specific aspects I should examine to understand this discrepancy, and How do I prevent this unexpected behavior.

I am trying to implement a bootloader using STM32 F103 processor.  I have not used an Arm processor before, but I have read the various articles and posts, and I think I’m doing the jump-to-app as described.  But as soon as I execute the jump, the next instruction executed is the first instruction of the Reset_Handler in the boot code (at 0x08002930), not the Reset_Handler in the app code (at 0x0801018C).I load the app code first but don't execute.  Then I load and run the boot code. Boot linker file:  RAM    (xrw)    : ORIGIN = 0x20000000,   LENGTH = 20K  FLASH  (rx)     : ORIGIN = 0x8000000,    LENGTH = 48KApp linker file:  RAM    (xrw)    : ORIGIN = 0x20000000,   LENGTH = 20K  FLASH  (rx)     : ORIGIN = 0x800C000,    LENGTH = 80

I am trying to communicate with a PIC microcontroller using the I2C interface using a STM32F103. I'm using MX25V1635F on WB55Below, read/write functions work fine#define SECTOR_ERASE_CMD 0x20#define QUAD_IN_FAST_PROG_CMD 0x38But in memory mapping mode, only few bytes correctly or even nothing right,CS, SCLK work as expected but D0 seems like out of control, is there any idea?

Hello,I was trying to use USART1 in a project with STM32H742VIT6 but decided to use LPUART1 instead.  I found that using the same BRR computation the baud rate is coming out MUCH slower (it's around a factor of 51 slower).  LPUART1SEL is in the reset state and the prescalers are set the same (D1PPRE, D2PPRE1/2, D3PPRE are all set to divide-by-2) so LPUART1 should be getting the same clock as USART1 was.Is there something fundamentally different in the BRR calculation for LPUART1 compared to USART1?  I can't find anything of the sort in the programming reference...Thanks,-Brian

Hello,I am working in a new project (a USBC rechargable battery LORA board with temperature module) with some leds and a button. I attached the schematic here.I only program all my boards with the USART mode.I choose the L4 family because I want to sleep the board for some time,wake up the board, measure the temperature and send the value with another LORA module and go to sleep again. I got some problem with the board because when i plug the board  with 5V i got no consumption. I still can't program the board. Sometimes when i press the button i got 0.120mA consumption. I always connect NRST and BOOT0 in that way and all my boards have no problem, all the time the boards works properly. I read all the STM32L432 Datasheet(stm32l432kb.pdf). I watched the Nucleo-L432KC schematic but i dont see any error. Can Someone help me?

Hi, i came across a program to config alternation function for SPI GPIO port A.  GPIOA->CRL |= (11U<<20);       // PA5 SCK AF output push pull GPIOA->CRL |= (11U<<28);       // PA7 MOSI AF output push pull What does the 11U means? i know its something like setting the 20th bit to 11? is 11 the binary value for 3? how does the value 3 relates to PA5 SCK and 28 relates to PA7 MOSI ?  Anyone can advise?

I have a project ,  used regular conversion ADC1 Vrefint Channel and Temperature Channel, and used injected conversion ADC2 extern Channel(ext.CH1 and CH2).ADC2 CH2 connect 2000mV voltage , CH1 is changed. If CH1 over 3.6V,the CH2 conversion is error.I tryed more channel , it all error.But in my function , I should not control this voltage to below 3.3V or 3.6V.

I'm having problems with USB on NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q (STM32U575).I've created from scratch project in CubeIDE for USB CDC ACM device, and set up all th peripherals as in the example STM32Cube_FW_U5_V1.4.0\Projects\NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q\Applications\USBX\Ux_Device_CDC_ACM - USB_OTG_FS, UCPD1, USART1 and GPDMA. Also I inited ThreadX, USBX and USBPD in the Middleware section identically to the example.I've checked all the settings in .ioc file, they are identical to one form example, also all the source code is borrowed from the example too and I can't find a difference, but my project doesn't work.I can't get OTG_FS_IRQ when I attach or reattach USB cable to the board. UCPD1_IRQHandler is happening, but OTG_FS_IRQHandler - not. Also I can't see any difference in USB peripherals in debug mode between my project and example.I'm attaching my project below.Appreciate any help.

I am trying to read some data by ADC using DMA transfer method I configured the ADC   attached the code belowI cannot getting the ADC value in all buffer only  read the 3rd  buffer 1st and second buffer shows grabage value please help me i tried out changing the sample value and clock prescaler My cpu speed is 14Mhz and also to the ADC is 14Mhz  

Hello everybody,Actually I'm working on a temperature sensor. This project works on battery (2 x 1.5 V alkaline).I would like to read the temperature in the room with an external analog sensor.But I don't understand how VrefIN works. Because my Vcc supply is not fixed like it is on a battery.Should I add an external fixed reference to the Vdda pin? but this one risks being distorted with the outside temperature?I thought that an LDO internal to the microcontroller could power the ADC part, but I can't find it. My idea was to have a stable reference lower than Vcc (<2.5V) to read my temperature sensor and also the battery voltage to estimate battery wear. Thank you

Hi,i want to store information about the bootloader into the FLASH. Since the size will vary during development, i wonder if its possible to put it before the bootloader.If anyone knows about a good tutorial or video, i would be happy. I dont know what terms i should use to get this information.  

In the RM it says the above, but the only information i can find in the chapter that is referenced to is: "force boot from FLASH".Is there a way to define a "unique" entry point, or ist this just wrong in the manual?

Hello, I would like to ask you to know how it is that the PA5 pin in OUTPUT (non-pullup and non-pulldown) delivers a voltage of only 2.6 V instead of 3.3 V like the others? Thanks in advance

Hello Everyone ;we are new to STM32H7  ; we used before stm32f4 in many projects but STM32H7 we still new; so I am sorry to ask simple questions. We have designed our board based on STM32H743BI and SDRAM IS42R32160F-7. After a couple of weeks of trying to access the Sdarm, we could not make it work; sometimes we could read and write a few bytes ; sometimes up to 1k bytes but not more, and always crashes.
