STM32 MCUs Products

Hi!I have STM32F469 and I am analysing how to connect an USB port to it.My MCU will act as a device. PC will be the host.My MCU has power supply equal to 3.3V which is created via LDO which is independently powered (not from VBUS, from host’s USB).MCU sits on a PCB with rest of the components which are hungry for power. I presume the whole circuit will sink minimum 1A at 3.3VDC, or even more.Problem is how to protect 5V-tolerant GPIOs (used for D+ and D- USB lines) from injected current in case my MCU is unpowered and somebody connects it via USB port to a alive host.AN4899 has a solution for this in form of Zenner diodes. 本批在测试一款STM32F407VET6，在测试中发现设备授权码丢失的问题。1. 授权码的工作机制设备生产通过软件发授权指令给到设备写入授权码，设备收到该指令后读取 FLASH ID ,然后进行加密，把加密后的数据写入 OTP 区(0x1FFF7800) , 编程成功后读出来验证是否写入成功，如果成功则重新启动，否则返回失败。2、问题分析通过单步调试，FLASH ID 是正确的，但是读出来 OTP 的数据有一部分变为全零了，所以数据比对不通过。

i use LCD-TFT display in microcontroller STM32H757.i need to store framebuffer data in extern sram(S61WV102416BLL)i use stm32H757i_evk board. i download example code, all example code use External sdram(IS42S32800J) to store framebuffer.i not use External sdram(IS42S32800J).give me any example code that use extern sram(S61WV102416BLL) to store frame buffer.otherwise you give what change required for  example code use External sdram(IS42S32800J).and we can use  use extern sram(S61WV102416BLL) to store frame buffer.please help me.

Hi,i a trying to figure out, why my fdcan is not sending databytes. It only sends the id.And i think i found a bug. Or maybe its just me having not enough knowledge to comprehend it.In the function "FDCAN_CopyMessageToRAM" there is a part, where the data length is bit shifted to zero.

I want to use DMA with ADC1. For this I made the following configuration (file attached). I have an error when calling the HAL_DMAEx_List_InsertNode() function. The error code is HAL_DMA_QUEUE_ERROR_OUTOFRANGE. I don't see where the problem comes from, any ideas?

Hi , I am using STM32L072 of 192Kb series controller. For our project we need FOTA and we are stuck at CRC calculation. As of my knowledge ST needs FFMPEG format for CRC. How to read FFMPEG format of a binary file ? Currently we are using JFLASH tool to calculate CRC. But for ST it is not working.  

Hello,I am developing a project using STM32H742VIT6.I have tentatively tried to configure SPI on PA4-7 outputs and USART1 TX on PA9 simultaneously.  However, when I try to implement this configuration on STM32CubeMX, it automatically places USART1 TX on PB14.I don't see anything in the documentation restricting what pin combinations SPI1 and USART1 can be configured on...  Is this allowed?  If not, can someone point me where in the documentation these interdependencies can be found?Thanks!-Brian

I am seeing this issue on around 20% of new MCU's.I am programming brand new STM32G474's through the internal bootloader over SPI. When put into bootloader mode, 20% of the MCU's wont respond with the synchronisation byte. I have played around with timings to no luck.The peculiar thing is that if I program the MCU's with an ST-Link, the bootloader over SPI will then work/respond from here on. I'd like to avoid using the ST-Link and get to the bottom of why some of the chips don't respond when unprogrammed.Should the bootloader work for brand new unprogrammed MCU's? To me it looks like that when the are programmed via ST-link, the pins are in a different state on startup which makes the bootloader work.Any ideas what could be happening?fw_guy

how Mach resource required for run led display in stm32H757i evk ?i am working on stm32H757i evk, my actual product have not external ram.but i have run lcd display in my project.without external ram i can run display?my display is not more sophisticated gui, but simple data display on lcd,please help me guide how mach ram required for my simple gui application. 

I dont know why this error happens. It is aligned as 0x0800F800.Not only this, but i get a hardfault (UNDEFINSTR) error too, while printing the above error with the following:printf("Error writeFLASHDoubleWord FLASH->SR: %02X", READ_REG(FLASH->SR));

Dear SIR, We want to use STM32G0B0 to develop our project. We want to use EVK to write code before our board comes.But there is NO STM32G0B0 EVK, only STM32G0B1 EVK exist.(or NUCLEO-G0B1RE, https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-g0b1re.html)How difficult for user migrate code from STM32G0B1 to STM32G0B0?Thanks. 

Hello,I'm using a microSD connected with SPI to a STM32F4 microcontroller. I have used MLC micro SD card with fatfs for years without any issues. Recently, I have switched to SLC NAND micro SD, Industrial grade, with Wear Leveling (for application specific reasons). However, when I try to mount the new SD card I get FR_NO_FILESYSTEM.Do someone have an idea why it is not working as expected?

I got two things i dont understand or needs more information. In the manual it says"The Flash memory is programmed 72 bits at a time (64 bits + 8 bits ECC)."I somewhat know about ECC, but i dont know about the "8 bits". Can i just ignore this? Programming seems to work when ignoring this.Another part of the manual says:"If the user needs to program only one word, double word must be completed with the erasevalue 0xFFFF FFFF to launch automatically the programming."I havent read about an automatically launched programming?!

Hi All,I am trying to implement a code on STM32H723 Nucleo-144 where the ADC uses DMA configured in double buffer mode. I cant find any examples on how to do it. I have tried to analyze the ADC to DMA in circular mode code, but I struggle to convert it to double buffer mode. The option to use DMA in double buffer mode doesnt exist in the .ioc file as of my knowledge. Anyone who knows how to do it? I am not an expert on this, so please be patient with me :)Best regards!

Hi I am using the USB CDC on a STM32L433 with the command MX_USB_DEVICE_Init(); to communicate through the USB. In my app, I go into standby mode (by using the HAL_PWR_EnterSTANDBYMode()) command. How do I disable the USB before entering standby?  I tried the the command USBD_DeInit(&hUsbDeviceFS) , but got a hardware fault. Anyone let me know the best way to disable it?  Best RegardsScott

Hello,I've enabled a USB virtual com port on an STM32F373 successfully.  The CDC_Receive_FS function in usbd_cdc_if.c gets called when data is received.  I never expect to never receive a 'packet' greater than 64 bytes and have created my USB buffer[64] variable accordingly.My questions is can I ever expect CDC_Receive_FS to be called more than once in some cases, even if the sender is always transmitting a 'packet' less than 64 bytes?   I know my UART RX callback sometimes gets called more than once, with the 'packet' split into 2 callbacks.  Will CDC_Receive_FS act the same way or can I rest assured *Len will always equal the exact number of bytes transmitted by the sender in 1 'packet'?  I currently consider anything sent between 'idle' times of 1 byte or more to be a 'packet'.Thank you

Hello, by connecting an mcp2515 to Stm32, I enabled it to communicate properly with other cards via the Can network. However, when a message arrives, I couldn't understand how to receive it with the INT pin and I couldn't do it. I tried connecting the interrupt via EXTI by connecting the INT pin on the MCP2515 to GPIOA8. When I received the notification from here, I thought I could read the message on the CAN network and take action, but I was not successful. Can you help with this ? I am using https://github.com/eziya/STM32_SPI_MCP2515 this library for MCP2515.

Unfortunately, memory space is very limited and we would like to use the STSPIN32G4 in order to introduce new products that are as future-proof as possible. However, we currently have the problem that there is no 600V version with the G4. I would therefore be interested to know whether this is planned in the near future?Kind regardsThomas
