Good evening everyone, I'm trying to sample two signals through TIM2 using ADC in dual regular simultaneous mode with a trigger from TIM2. When configuring the ADC in dual mode, it only reads and performs a single conversion on one channel. STM32CubeIDE does not give me an options to select PE15 as an external interrupt source.The documentation , RM0438 suggests there are 15 possible external interrupts.  Which is true?

Hello,are we going to see CAN-XL controllers on a STM32 MCU anytime soon, or will ST only feature them in automotive MCUs for the foreseeable future?I would really need CAN-XL on a general purpose MCU for an upcoming project, where CAN-FD bandwidth won't be sufficient. Hello everyone,I want to use the MT46V64M8P-5B:J 64Mx8 SDRAM by Micron with a STM32F745IET6 microcontroller.I'm configuring the peripheral on stm32IDE and it looks fine, the configurator automatically set PG8 as clock signal. Still, the SDRAM requires differential clock source: Is there any way to configure another uC pin as complementary clock signal? It seems stm32CubeIDE won't let me configure my clock as differential.

For producing 4KHz resonant frequency sound from a buzzer using 32KHz system clock, what should be the Prescaler value and Period(ARR)? Is there any rules for defining these values?

Hello friends, i have the following setup:STM32H725ZGT6 on a selfmade board. STM32 CubeMX (default program with HSI clock and without any other peripherals). Keil µVision 5.23ULINK2 Debugger problem:I can program the controller ("verify successfull" by Keil) several times. The ULINK2 recognizes the controller (see IDCODE in the picture below) but as soon as i restart the power supply of the board (or press "debug" in Keil), the controller hangs and cannot be programmed again. In this state, the IDCODE is also not recognized anymore). What could be the reason for this?I have connected the signals:NRST (Pin27) to +3V3BOOT0 (Pin135) to GNDPDR_ON (Pin142) to GND+3V3 on all VDDs, GND to all GNDs

Hello.I'm trying to wakeup the STM32U5 controller (U575ZI Nucleo board) when a byte is received using the LPUART.I'm using the LSE clock for the LPUART. Without entering the stop mode, the LPUART interrupt is triggered whenever a byte is received. This is working fine.But when I enter the stop mode, I'm not able to wakeup the controller with the LPUART. Using the Userbutton as wakeup source is working.The reference manual shows the "lpuart_wkup" output signal in the block diagram. But there is now further description about this signal and how it is enabled. When I downloaded applicaton into flash, I found that it will respond my cmd code if I send cmd code immediately after NRST changing from 0 to 1.If although I choose  'Boot0(pin) = 1和Boot1(pin) = 0' to flash mode, the stm32f103 will also enter system rom bootstrap code.It's to say that stm32f103 entering flash mode is bypassing System Rom Bootstrap code.

Hello,  I am trying to install FileX + LevelX in an stm32h7 microcontroller using a nor custom driver. I do have in my hardware an AT45DB641 NOR memory. I am working it as an stand alone and also with fault tolerant enable. My flash chip does have 4096 blocks of 2048 bytes each. i can write and read on pages of 256 bytes each. Right now i am being able to format and open the media after doing a full reset of my chip, as i understand, putting everything to 1 (0xFF). I can run the example that stm32 provide about creating a file etc... My issue happens the second time i do run the code, but this time without erasing the chip.  I am getting following error from levelx: LX_SYSTEM_INVALID_BLOCK and from filex: FX_IO_ERROR. My code is as

After generating an update event, the counter register does not update immediately - in downcounting mode, it takes several nops for the counter to read the same as the auto-reload value. A code sample is attached below. But if I read it manually, then it works properly and correctly returns the actual value of the pin state. Hello,There are 8 revisions of the STM32F205: 'Y', 'X', '1', 'V', '2', '3', '4' and '5'.The silicon errata shows the status of support for all revisions, with no mention of individual revisions.Does this mean that all revisions are the same?Is it correct to assume that there are no differences in functionality or specifications depending on the revision?If so, what is the difference between the revisions?I have not found any clear answer in the documentation.

I am testing doing flash erase while running code from internal SRAM on a STM32F072B Discovery Board. Having initializing everything with code running in flash, I call a function where itself and all its dependencies exist in RAM. I've verified this in many ways: code analysis, stepping through debugger, etc. I have also copied the ISR vectors to RAM at 0x2000_0000 and used SYSCFG_CFGR1 register to remap SRAM to 0x0000_0000.I have TIM2_CH1 setup as a 100kHz timer and increment a tick variable each interrupt. The interrupt also toggles a GPIO pin every pulse. Currently that is connected to an LED so I can visualize what's going on, but I have tested with a bare pin at GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_HIGH as well with the same results.All of this works fine as long as I don't do the flash erase cycle. But as soon as I erase a few pages of flash, the LED starts flickering quite a bit like the GPIO bus is being blocked. The datasheet says that flash should only block the flash b

Hey, I would like to a string from terminal via UART in order to complete a challange given by Digi-Key YouTube channel in FreeRTOS tutorial playlist. Anyway, I want to take the whole string given by user in terminal, but I couldn't so far. I tried     HAL_UART_Receive(&huart2, (uint8_t*)rcvd_msg, MSG_LEN, 100);     however it didn't work. It can take only the first letter and nothing else. btw, I don't want to use interrupts in this case, so it is better to suggest something without interrupt.Thanks for your answers. 

Hello all, I was trying to follow the example in MOOC - STM32H72x/3x hands-on workshop - 6 Code execution from external FLASHI have configured the OSPI as per the board requirements in CubeMX. But the `OSPI_Init()` function fails while trying to read the device ID. When I comment out the code, I am able to jump to an external application that is loaded by the CubeProgrammer.I am not sure what is going wrong here. Hai,I'm working in a project with STM32L433CCU3 controller,but controller not responding in a usual manner.Some time it responded normal and then it changes and it throwing error in STM32-IDE as belowBreak at address "0x1fff3f36" with no debug information available, or outside of program code.and STM32L433CCU3 pin no:44( BOOT 0) connected with Pull-down resistor but gives OUTPUT HIGH.Anyone help me with this,what will be the solution..! Thanks M.Gokulraj

Hi i 'm using nucleo board. Ihave a simple program that measure Vref int ( Vdda voltage ) then measure ADC channel 0. it works fine the first time. I'm using HAL function. Setiing of ADC NOT CONTINOUS MODE, Config Channel Adc Start , PollFor conversion Get result Vrefint , Stop ADC. Now second step, Config Channel Adc Start , PollFor conversion Get result ADC0 , Stop ADC. then i loop, ANd here tthis second loop give a bad value on Vrefint ( 1500 lsb first loop, 980 second iteration). I would like to use SDIO with 4 bit mode with FatFS. I use STM32F429I Discovery board and I wired a micro SD card board to it.
