Hello. I can plot an array in STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMonitor and Keil uvision with the Time Graph or Logic analyzer in Keil using this function and viewing signal_sample: void plot_signal(uint32_t delay){ for(int i=0;i<_5HZ_SIGNAL_LEN;i++){ signal_sample=_5hz_signal[i]; for(int j=0;j<9000;j++){} // Delay } } The problem is that in all the software above, this gets plotted like a step plot, because the sample rate of the trace is so high it samples the constant value between the Writes to the signal_sample:  Example from keil. This is similar in other software mentioned   The only remedy i have found, is to printf the signal_sample to Matlab or Arduino Serial Plotter with UART. Because of printf, only the value of the actual array gets plotted smoothly, not the constant samples in between the writes. This would be good for me, the problem is i need multiple signal graphs at the same time, but UART can only send 1 signal array. I can't come up with

Hello, I want to use STM32CubeMonitor to debug the code. The .elf is imported into CubeMonitor, and the connection is built. However, clicking on "Deploy", the follow error message shows: "TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'variablelist')". I check the .elf file, it really contains "null".  The .elf is generated in STM32CubeIDE. The code can be excuted in both debug and normal run mode without problem. But the .elf contains "null". How to solve this problem? Thanks for support!STM32User

Cube-array block was referenced from above link.When I tried to draw double graphs, I can see only one graph is updated.(following is captured image, where upper graph is updated but bottom graph is not updated.)I attached exported json file of above flow-blocks. Is there any way to view multiple array graphs?Thanks in advance for your help.RegardsTiel 

We were following the ULPMark™-CoreMark User Guide for getting the ulp mark score but the STM X-NUCLEO-LPM01A is always throwing up some error and the LD2(ErrorLED) turns on causing issues. Also if in the case it runs its always telling    “>! Validation failed, too little runtime: 0.014000000000000234” “>! Set iterations above 749999 for Energy run”. Even after using the same parameters its throwing the same error. Also at 1ms the connection is never achieved and fails.It would be great if you can guide us on this.

Hello ST Community,I'm using STM32CubeMonitor-Power (latest version) with an X-NUCLEO-LPM01A board (firmware v1.0.8), and I'm facing an issue in static current measurement mode.Problem Description:In standalone mode, the static current displays some current2, which is expected.However, when I take control via software and press “Start Acquisition”, the session runs for only ~0.1 seconds and then stops automatically, without any error message.Additional Observation:In dynamic measurement mode, the current acquisition works as expected.This suggests that the board and measurement path are functioning correctly, and the issue is specific to static mode under software control.Is there any recommendation to fix this issue?Thank you for your support.

Hi Is there a way to communicate with the STLNK-V3PWR to extract current consumption?  (the Acquisition & Replay output).  I would like to communicate with it via Python (or other language) to automate current consumption measurements? Thank you.Pete.

Hi, I'm using a fresh debian testing (12) and when i try to launch "SetupSTM32CubeMonitor-Power.jar", i get the error :Command line arguments: SEVERE: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 70131 out of bounds for length 22674Debian is not in the supported operating system, but ubuntu should not be so far. I found on the forum, that the error occured on stm32cubemonitor on ubuntu recent version.Is there a patch/upgraded planned or anyway to make it run ?Could someone on ubuntu tell me if it work on it ? Thanks in advance,

Hello,I'm running ubuntu 24.04 and running STM32CubeMonUCPD with "jara -jar SetupSTM32CubeMonitor-UCPD.jar" fails with error  Command line arguments:SEVERE: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 70131 out of bounds for length 22674This same thing happens for both version 1.4 and 1.3 of ucpd monitor. I downloaded Cube Power Monitor and am trying to use it to connect to the LPM01A. I have downloaded and installed the W8 version of the virtual com port driver. I can select the board in the drop down menu, but when I hit "Take Control", a dialog box pops up with the message `error pwr get`. When I hit okay, another pops up with the message `Get current range command failed` with another message below it `ERROR TIMEOUT`. Hitting ok again gives yet another dialog box with the message `Board has been released due to connection issue. Please unplug and plug the board`. I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in and the same thing happens. I am currently on Windows 11, but I've tried on a different windows 10 machine and the result was exactly the same. Any help would be appreciated. Please also take a look at my other question for something that might be related... having lots of issues with this board so far...

Mac refuses to start STM32CubeMonitor, it seems the app is neither code signed nor notarized.Happens with latest release 1.10.0

Hi  I have the cube monitor plugged in , and running the cube monitor power application. I had it working on my old computer (Windows 10) , but had to install the USB driver of ST web site. Since moving to my new computer, I cant find the driver again. Anyone point me to where it will be? My new computer is WIndows 10 too, and installing the cube monitor power application doesnt install the driver Many thanksScott

On launch the STM32CubeMon-UCPD icon appears briefly in the dock and then disappears. The application does not launch.

Hello,I would like to ask a question, if it is possible to access UCPD monitor via USB-UART bridge? I am following tutorial AN5418, with nucleo G0B1RE and SNK1M1 shield. Everything works fine when I use st-link, but when using uart bridge I dont see the board in board selection of UCPD and can log data only to UCPD trace...I have found out, that one can make it to work when one desolderes SB16 and SB15 from st-link on nucleo and connects LPUART to TX and RX of JP6. But is it also possible to make it work with USB-UART bridge from another vendor?Thanks,Marosh @Nicolas P. 

Dear Sir,When I monitor the data, sometimes the value often accompanied by spikes, such as followed figure. In my case, I monitor 3 variables that update from ADC registers.Normally, their values would be around 0.The signals of ADCvalue[0] and ADC Value[1] appear to be normal.However ADCValue[2] has some spikes. When I verify the variables byIDE, the variable does not show these spikes. It always remains around 0.And I also used a conditional statement to check: if the value is greater than 50 (the maximum spike value is around 260), a counter would increment. However, the counter has always remained at 0, so I believe the actual variable does not have these spikes. What could be the possible reasons for this?Best Regards,

Hi,STM32CubeMonitor-UCPD sometimes displays RDOs like this:Where does the number MaximumOperatingCurrent come form? Since the RDO is defined as: typedef struct { uint32_t MaxOperatingCurrent10mAunits : /*!< Corresponding to min if GiveBackFlag = 1 */ 10u; uint32_t OperatingCurrentIn10mAunits : 10u; ... } USBPD_SNKFixedVariableRDO_TypeDef; MaximumOperatingCurrent should correspond to the lowest 10 bits of the data. These are 0x05 0x14 as displayed in "DATA:" in the monitor. This would mean that MaximumOperatingCurrent is 5, not 517(0).I also verified in USBPD_TRACE_Add that the data sent in Ptr is indeed actually 0x82 0x12 0x05 0x14 0x00 0x17.Am I right that MaximumOperatingCurrent=5 in this case?Thanks!
