I believe the following question has been posted in the wrong label by @Nagendrapeddina , hence I am posting here as it has not been answered:How to generate .s19 file using SPC5 studio? Is it possible to generate .S19 files in SPC5 Studio ? 

Hi All,I am using SPC50B60-L5 controller and spc5 studio (IDE) for building a project. And PEmicro multilink programmer for programming. I have built the project successfully. In build results I can see .hex, .elf, .bin out files but, I need .s19 file for flashing using PROGPPCNEXUS software. In project properties>c/c++ Build path I can't see any build settings for generating .s19 file. Can anyone please help me with this?Thanks

Dear Community, I am working on an SPI-based setup where I have one SPI master and four SPI slaves, each connected to the master via their respective Slave Select (SS) lines. The configuration for the SPI master and the chip select lines is set up using SPC5 Studio, with each slave having a separate SPI configuration. I am using the following function to start SPI communication with each slave:     void spi_lld_start(SPIDriver *spip, SPIConfig *config); and I'm using this like this spi_lld_start(&SPID2, &config1); spi_lld_start(&SPID2, &config2); spi_lld_start(&SPID2, &config3); spi_lld_start(&SPID2, &config4);     he challenge arises when I need to start all four SPI slaves simultaneously. Currently, I need to pass a different configuration to this function for each slave. However, when I start one slave, the previous one stops working, as the SPI driver is reconfigured for the new slave. In my use case, each slave has a watchdog b

I'm using the SPC5EC58 chip, and i want to switch some relays. This works so far. The problem is, during the reset mode even i'm setting it by Hardware like by a button or in the debugging mode, the pins which controlls the relays are set to high, can i somehow disable that ? because the board is used in a critical environment, where the relays shouldn't be triggered by something like the reset.

good morning. i have a problem regarding button and time interrruptions. for the button, i linked it to the mcu but i do not know if i have to put the input as gpio or wake up, moreover, i do not know how to use the IRQ GUI, i do not know how it works or the code to put in it. the samples examples are not made for my spc58ec and do not use the applications directly. for the time interruption i have the same problem. i want to use asimple  led blinking like in the example below , the interruption would turn it into high or low. best regards

Hello, Stellarstudio how to set the code optimization?  During the process of compiling a.C file into an.O file, the code is optimized. Commonly used optimizations include time optimization, which aims to make the code execution time shorter and more efficient, and space optimization, which aims to reduce the space occupied by the generated code.

We are using SPC58xNx 32-bit Power Architecture microcontroller for automotive ASILD applications.We are using third party flashing tool to flash data section multiple time. We are able to flash hex file 12-15 times successfully. But random time it may failed to flash. Since We need to flash multiple ECU in production, we need to make sure each time flashing should happen successful. Tool is getting stuck and instead of programming request it triggering destructive reset. We need to know how to fix this problem.A ‘destructive’ reset source is associated with an event related to a critical, usually hardware, error or dysfunction. This reset aims to bring the system into a known safe state,Kindly find the attchment for more details.Is any SFR or Peripheral Register or Some debug method via we can identified Which was the reset source for destructive reset ? for ST Microcontroller?Please let us know how we can identified the reset source exactly or line of code which triggering reset ?&nb

Posted on November 27, 2014 at 15:02Hello,It is a while that I am working on the SPC5Studio with the SPC560B-DIS discovery board.I always had problems connecting to the board using the USB connection.Each time that I couldn't connect, I uninstalled the UDE and re installed it. Not very convenient but it worked.Now nothing works. Hi Team,   Could you please let if SPC58NN84E7 supports for asymmetric encryption. I could find the information regarding asymmetric encryption in the spc58 cybersecurity reference manual 

After installation of SPC5-Studio Green, I have copied my HighTec license file into C:\SPC5Studio-6.0\licenses, however SPC5 is showing the following screen.The path it wants for the license file is 'null'. What can I do to get the license file to be recognized correctly?If this license is not working correctly will the software be able to run properly? I have an ECU with code generated in Simulink using the SPC5-Studio compiler, does it need the license to be recognized for that compilation to work correctly?

Even after restarting the computer, it won't work, and even if the software is reinstalled, it won't work!

I am currently using an SPC56P chip for my application. But I do not have an debugger probe for it which is compatible with SPC5Studio. So my question is: 1. Is SPC5-UDESTK-EVAL the only debugger probe that is compatible with SPC5Studio ? Or are there any other SPC5Studio compatible debugger ?2. Is there any other IDE, that will allow to use the Segger J-Link as debugger for SPC56P chip ? 3. The webpage of SPC5-UDESTK-EVAL suggests it being NRND (not recommended for new design), so is there a newer model available instead of it for SPC5Studio ?  I have tried SPC5Studio and AutoDevKitStudio and I think both are not compatible with J-Link. 

I have installed SPC5 Studio version 6.0 on my Windows 10 PC and compiled sample code.When compiling the project , i got below warning/issue "Type 'uint32_t' could not be resolved"Q1: Can you give the solution for this?

I am usingSPC5 IDE with STEVAL-CTM009V1 (Eval Board) and STEVAL-TTM002V1 (Control Board), and want to implement braking; for that i want to know how can i shutdown PWM signals to motor? So that signals to my motor gets stop and it keeps running due to inertia till it can.

Hello to all, I'm working on a simple application for exchanging messages via ethernet with a SPC58EC. The application is a clean derivation of the gateway example without the remote which simply has to talk to another linux application.The application establishes a connection, sends messages for a couple of minutes, then freezes.If I block the debug I see that the code is in an "unhandled exception 2" line. Hi, I'm using a FDA903D amplifier in my custom board . The I2S audio lines are giving proper output with  AEK-AUD-C1D9031 kit by passing the controller I2S lines to the FDA903D in my custom board (I have noted the CLK,WS, And SD lines as well). I'm trying to configure I2S accordingly from my microcontroller to FDA903D but its not giving me expected output (it gives me a noise output instead). Can anyone please help me with an example code including the audio data you are sending to help me achieve this.

while i am pushing my project into repository, the application configuration is missing from the project. so how could i properly use a version controller with spc5studio.

I want to procure SPC5 Security Pack. It says the product is licensed. But how do I get the license. I am not able to find the product in ST Store. https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/spc5-security-pack.html 

There is no Network Component RAL avaliable for our SPC572L64E3 controller.Is there a app note or sample application that we look at to get started with this.

The error we consistently face is shown in the attached image.
