Hello, I am using STPM34 smart metering chip to read 230 VAC voltages and currents. I am using 3 chips on 1 board:First 2 STPM34 measure 3 phases of 230 VAC voltages and currents, 3 STPM34 measures 16 multiplexed current channels and no voltage.I am communicating with all chips via SPI interface, I use CRC to verify communication. I also use auto Latch function on all chips and 2x current gain on all channels, these are all the settings I change every time it powers on. The problem I face is after long working time, from a few days to a week, I start to get wrong values from some chips. Sometimes I get wrong voltages, sometimes wrong currents. Currently I am getting 428 V on voltage channel that is measuring 250 VAC on a device that runs for 12 days. Previously I was getting 0 A on a current channels of a device that was running for 5 days. It depends on device that I use. Hey,I am trying to develop firmware for a BLUE-NRG module using Wise-studio, I have done this before on a Windows machine.Now I am trying to install Wise-studio on a MacBook M4 Pro, which is Apple silicon.I downloaded the .dmg and installed it, and gave it permissions to run.When trying to open the application, nothing happens.I have a java 21 JDK installed and working.Does Wise-studio support ARM64 processors?I successfully installed the IDE on a Parallels VM Windows 11 ARM64 instance, but cannot in macOS.Help will be appreciated! 

Hello,I am using a BlueNRG-M2SP module mounted on my own custom PCB. I programmed it using the STSW-BLUENRG1-DK package and flashed the DTM / UART project to check basic functionality and enable advertising.The project runs correctly in Debug mode, reaches while(1), and no HardFault occurs. I configured the Symbols as follows:HS_SPEED_XTAL = HS_SPEED_XTAL_32MHZLS_SOURCE = LS_SOURCE_INTERNAL_ROSMPS_INDUCTOR = SMPS_INDUCTOR_NONEUART is connected via DIO8 (TX) and DIO11 (RX) to a USB-to-TTL converter. However, when I open the COM port in BlueNRG-GUI, I get:No device detectedNo firmware detected on the motherboardBecause this is a custom PCB and not an ST evaluation board, the “motherboard firmware” message is unclear to me.Could this issue be related to:The type of firmware (DTM project)UART configurationClock / power / hardware setupOr BlueNRG-GUI limitations with custom boards?I have also attached some photos and a short video of the setup and programming steps, which I believe may help

All,I'm working on the basics of getting the SPI communication set up for the L9780 IC and am running into some issues, so I'd appreciate some feedback or a double-check. It appears so far that I'm able to send a command via the control word and successfully echo that back when the REG=1 bit is set. When doing so, the CB bits are correct, so everything seems to be functioning as intended.My issue is that I'm getting a SPI fault when REG=0 to get the status register as an output. The CB[1,0] bits are correct, however SPIF1 is asserted. The datasheet has a few sections on this so I'll address each of them:5.5.1 SPI data faultDatasheet says this is set when the CB[1,0] bits are not set as expected.My base control word is 0x00040F18192A8040 which appears to be OK.When enabling VCCS and INRC, byte 14 and 13 get updated so the word is 0x02040F.... and 0x0244F.... respectively.Additionally when getting my "echo" of the SI register, the control word is 0x0A440F18192A8040 which also appears to

Hi STM team, I would like to know if/how I can simply connect e.g. the ST67W611M1 or another WiFi module to a switch IC, e.g. the KSZ8795CLXIC, without needing a microcontroller. Or is there a switch IC that can be connected directly to the ST67W611M1, e.g. with SPI?If possible, do you have an application, a sample circuit or a development board for me? Thanks in advance!  Best regards, Christos

We are using 2 KNX IC on our project. One of them for communication and some LEDs other one (STKNX) just for driving LEDs not for communication. But of course is directly connected to KNX_BUS line. When we applied Surge test , TVS couldn't protect the device.I found some solutions but of course is effects other part of design.TVS is 36V bidrectional.If I choose 100R for 68R connected to pin3 R68 which is transmitter pin, everthing is fine. Passing the test. KNX timing is also good. However, Voltage on VDDHV is lower as excepted, and LEDs are flickering (blinking).1- How can i juice more power from STKNX? 2- Is this a big problem when i choose 100R instead of 68R, because we are not using STKNX as communication IC.Thanks. Cvgate 10uF, Cvddhv - 330uF

Hi, i have bought a Nucleo-U575ZI-Q coupled with a X-Nucleo-67W61M1 i have upload the exemple ST67W6X_MQTT, after reading the doc i have complete the configuration and i run well.  I use it with mosquitto or nanomq brokers (same results) but on both the broker inform me than the QoS=0 (with publish and subscribe) The documentation of the AT-command of ST67W indicate that i can use 0,1 or 2 for the Qos. In the exemple the drivers don't use the Qos and force it to zero. I have modify it but the result is always the same. I would like to use QoS=1 to be sure the message arrived. Have you an idea ? I have verify than the broker accept all levels in the conf. I have also publish with MQTTX(with Qos=1) and the broker notify the good level of Qos

Hi !We're testing with the eval-boards NUCLEO-H7S3L8 + X-NUCLEO-67W61M1.The software is the CLI project of the NUCLEO-H7S3L8.At the bottom of this post you will find infos to the software versions.There we're having an issue when we try to connect to an WiFi AP and the password includes a comma (',').It looks the ST67W6X_Network_Driver is encoding and sending the AT-command correctly, but the NCP (ST67W611M1) response with ERROR.So it seems to us it's an issue of the NCP firmware.Via Shell/CLI we initiate the connection to the WiFI AP via the command wifi_sta_connect.When we set the password at the AP to "pw123456" we can connect to the AP.When we set the password at the AP to "pw123,56" we can not connect to the AP.For debugging we followed the code in the ST67W6X_Network_Driver till function W61_AT_Common_SetExecute(..).There the AT-command is sent and the response is received.If the password is not including a comma, it is connecting to the WiFi AP successfully.The communication of

Hi,Are there any APIs available to read the base frequency dynamically on the RC-868 RF module?I noticed the S2LPRadioGetFrequencyBase API in the S2LP driver. Are there any additional APIs for this purpose?

I am trying to do a general HAL_I2C_Master_Transmit. Everything is fine until I come here:   /* Write data to TXDR */   hi2c->Instance->TXDR = *hi2c->pBuffPtr;When I pass this line, the ARLO bit is set in I2C->ISR. My pBuffPtr is correct. It's literally a pointer that points to a location containing 0x6. Additionally, the system does set TXDR. Both Instance->TXDR and I2C->TXDR changed to 6 after this line. This is happening for every instance of HAL_I2C_Master_Transmit.Do y'all know why this ARLO error might be happening or have any solutions?Thanks!

I am trying to use the BlueNRG-M2SP module on a custom PCB, connected over a UART interface to my main processor, STM32G431KBT6, as a network coprocessor. Ideally, I'd like my main processor to collect data, process, etc, and then communicate with a mobile app over the M2SP via UART (data / flow control on DIO pins 4, 5, 6, 7, reset pin pin 19 nRESET). However, I can't figure out how to enable UART communication in the BLE2 SDK on CubeIDE.When I enable "Wireless BlueNRG-2", under the HCI_TL_INTERFACE" options, the only "BUS IO Driver" shown is SPI Full-Duplex, which I am not able to use.
