I am currently working on a PCB for a low energy Bluetooth application and we decided to use the BlueNRG-332ac QFN32 package.Now I want to know if there is any difference between the BlueNRG-LPS and BlueNRG-332ac.Also I am looking for a BOM for the schematic, especialy a value for VCAP. Thanks in advance.

When looking at the datasheet for the ST67W611M1, it seems that pins CHIP_EN, SPI_CS, and SPI_RDY are all High active.  Is this really correct, or are some signals simply missing the bar on top? Also, the description for pin BOOT doesn't indicate which value is for SPI and which one is for UART.  Could you please clarify? Finally, are RESERVED pins simply NC, or should I do something else with them? (The forum labels apparently haven't been updated yet to include "Wifi".) Thanks,Lars

Hello everyone.I'm currently building a controller for this energy measurement chip.So far, I've built my controller and can perform a remote reset and read data, but when I want to configure a register, I send my desired configuration, but when I read it, it remains at zero.I've already reviewed and applied all the suggestions in the application note. I'm using "SPI" (some type) to send the data. The chip is powered at 3.3V, a 4.194MHz crystal, and the signals are configured according to the AN3254 application note.My configuration sequence is:- Remote reset.- Wait for 120ms.- Send the RD register at 1 to retrieve the temporary shadow registers.- Send my desired configuration.- Read all registers.I don't know why I'm not seeing the configurations reflected in the registers.Attached are screenshots of RRR signals, readings and writings.

Hello everyone, I’m trying to control an S2-LP QTR via SPI1 on an STM32F103VCT. I completed the initial setup and configured the radio to 420 MHz. I then wrote a routine to transmit periodically, but I’m not seeing any RF output on the antenna pin. Below is the code I’m using for the S2-LP QTR. I'm experiencing a problem with the ST IO-Link Sensorkit and Master (STEVAL-IDP003V1/STEVAL-IDP004V2). I've connected the Master device via USB and used the TEConcept Control Tool as described in the ST instructions. Everything went smoothly up to step 6/7 according to document UM2232. However, from this point onward, I'm not receiving the expected data from the sensor. Instead, I'm getting the message "Invalid Data," preventing me from plotting any data. Could it be that the sensor needs further configuration? Or is there perhaps a write protection or similar feature that needs to be deactivated? Could there be a malfunction with the Sensorkit? I've checked the setup: The Master communicates via USB. I've ruled out a cable breakage by testing with multiple cables. Errors with the sensor daughter board have been ruled out as I've tested with both a temperature and inclination sensor. The IODD files are correctly integrated. Try to use STHV748, a 4-channel pulser, as a pulsar, and don't use the other 2 channels. Should I connect to GND for channels I'm not currently using?2. Hi to everybody and thank you in advance. I'm planning tu use the STISO620 as a function replacement for old-school optocouplers. STISO620 matches in every metric. My plan is use the part to interface an STM32 MCU.My application will detect falling edge pulses by interrupt, so I need a pullup on the MCU side to hold the high level on RX of the STISO620 while there is no excitation on the TX side.My question is: Will the adequate pullup hold the RX line high when TX states are X and power supplies well stablished?Best wishes,

I need to interface Digital input sensors of PNP & NPN type both in one of my product.Can I use SCLT3-8BT8 to interface both the type of sensors? Ho should we detect high side & low side through SPI lines on microcontroller?Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi, I would like to explore the possibility of using the sub1GHz product solution from ST, particularly, the part number S2-LPTX.Here are the requirements1. We need One Receiver and 4 Transmitter (as shown in the image) which are operating at 433MHz ISM bands.2. Need to send data from all 4 transmitters to the one receiver simultaneouslyQ1: Is it possible to pair 4 no's transmitters to the receiver by the help of the MCU on board?Q2. Is there any co-existence issue occur when we operate more than one unit if it is placed close by (1 Unit = 4 Tx +     1Rx) Q3. If simultaneous data transmission mentioned in point 2 not possible, will time multiplexed mode of operation possible?Q4. Hello,I have questions about the STUSB1600:1. Mouser marks the device as "obsolete". What is the EOL of the STUSB1600 and what alternative is recommended (STUSB1700?)?2. The STUSB1600 is connected to the MP1 via I2C. I need to program the NVM "in system" with custom values but did not find / missed the information (in the datasheet) on how to do so. Hello, I'm using STEVAL-IDB011V2. From the BlueNRG-LP Navigator, I can load the examples on the board. But when I'm using the Keil, it says "SWD/JTAG Communication Failure".On the options for target in the tab "Device" the device is BlueNRG-355, and the Software Pack is "Keil.STBlueNRG-LP_DFP.2.0.0". In the tab "Debug" it uses "CMSIS-DAP Debugger".Cannot erase the code either. Jumpers J3-J5 are all in place and not faulty.SW device error. Not sure what else to try. Thanks heaps

Hello ST Team and Community,We are in the process of designing a new product line for my company using ST's ISM transceiver S2-LP along with BALNF-SPI2-01D3 broad band BALUN. This BALUN has 50 Ohm impedance matched with S2-LP transceiver for 860-930 MHz frequency range. We plan to use BALUN (instead of discrete components for matching) because it reduces the PCB board space.We also plan to use a broad band antenna by TE, part no. 2195835. This is a flexible PC unbalanced antenna with 1.13mm cable from 50-200mm lengths. I have a number of unknowns/questions.1) The data sheet (DS) page 3 of BALUN shows insertion loss -1.6dB to -1.7dB, and Return loss on antenna -14dB to -18dB. The data sheet does not show, but I guess it has SWR of 1.3:1 to 1.5:1.2) The TE antenna DS page 2 shows VSWR 1.3 to 1.9 for cable length 50-150mm; and Return loss -15dB to -10dB. These loss numbers are slightly higher for 200mm cable length.3) For one of our products, the cable length is less than 50mm, and for an
