I created this 3d printable base for the Nucleo-64 boards, to avoid damage to the bottom pin headers, reduce the risk of short circuits and as a convenient support during the prototyping and development process. Hi All,I search for STM32 MCU discovery kit which meets the following conditions.・It have a 4-inch or larger LCD screen.・It have 10 or more GPIO ports that user can use freely.・It have 2 or more UART ports that user can use freely.STM32U5G9J-DK2 have 16 GPIO ports, but only have 1 UART according to user manual.Is there anything else that meets the above conditions.Thanks in advance.

As title says NUCLEO-H753ZI product page has no link to MB1364-H753ZI-E01 Schematics,only MB1364-H753ZI-C01.Second question, UM2407STM32H7 Nucleo-144 boards (MB1364)4.016 Oct 2023 has not mention NUH753ZI$AT3, only AT1 & AT2. 

Hi all!First time poster.I'm working on a prototype that utilizes a Nucleo-G474RE to move some motors and read some sensors. The design is working great and my code is running as it should. However, recently I've been having some issues with the virtual COM-port on my Nucleo board. Whenever I program the device, it works perfectly.When I unplug and replug the USB however, my serial connection doesn't respond in any way. This is true even when I plug in a completely fresh Nucleo directly to my PC, powered by 5V_STLK, no peripherals. The status LEDs on the device do function as expected, but no messages are received or transmitted.Plugging in and then resetting the micro or removing and replacing JP6 fixes the issue, making the serial work again.There has been a firmware update to the ST-Link 3 that's built in, and we made some minor changes to the code, but even rolling back to a known working version of our firmware does not help. Hello Community, Am interfacing LIS2DTW12 Acceleration Sensor with STM NucleoL476RGT6U by I2C communication protocal in  blocking mode working everything fine. Hello, my name is Matias from Efe Electrónica Argentina. I’m experiencing issues while programming my Riverdi 101STM32H7. Some of the problems include the device not being recognized and errors occurring when attempting to flash the memory using both STM32CubeIDE and TouchGFX.I’ve followed the official Riverdi instructions without success, and I also tried flashing the board manually using STM32CubeProgrammer, but the same errors persist. Additionally, I attempted to program the CM4 core first using STM32CubeIDE—which worked correctly—but when I try to program the CM7 core, the error appears again.I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Hi all,I was looking at NUCLEO-U5A5 but I need support for TFT-LCD. TFT-LCD support is only available on the U599/U5A9 and better (see table below). There is also a NUCLEO-U575 but again no TFT-LCD support. Is there a plan to make a NUCLEO-U5xx with TFT-LCD support? Thanks.

Hi, I'm working on a custom board which I've been programming with an ST-LINK V2 using the SWCLK and SWDIO lines. I mistakenly left BOOT0 floating, but I need to order more boards, so I'm going to correct this mistake.My question: Am I right in thinking that if I tie BOOT0 to GND, the STM32F1 will boot on its own when powered-up (which doesn't currently happen - I have to rely on PlatformIO resetting it after uploading the program), but I'll still be able to program it using just the SWCLK and SWDIO lines? Or will I have to connect NRST as well? (NRST is currently floating but has an 100nf cap tied to GND as per the datasheet.)

Hello, I set 120MHz to OCTOSPI for Octo-SPI PSRAM. With the ClockPrescaler 0x02, the PSRAM test takes several seconds. However, with the ClockPrescaler 0x00, it takes over 3 minutes. Does it mean any problem on the clock configuration of STM32CubeIDE? I am using an L432KC board and I am trying to read .txt files from my SD card through SPI, extract the bitmap array, and then push the bitmap through TFT_eSPI.h library. I am able to work with SD card and the display individually, but not together. If I run SD.begin() first, I can communicate with the SD card until I initialize the display. If I initialize the display first, SD card initialization fails. If I still try to run non-SD operations on my display like fillscreen, its too slow. Hi!I have problems programing my custom board, I'm using a STM32F446RCT6, and I couldn't  establish a connection with my board, neither from STM32CubeIDE nor STM32CubeProgrammer.after a lot of time trying to debug the problem I found out that actually I can establish a connection (an program) the board, but only if I'm pressing two very specific buttons.The buttons were designed as general purpose buttons, but it seems they are connected to PB3 (JTDO) and PB4 (NJRST). We thought this pins could be configured as GPIO as well, but it seems something in the way those pins work is causing trouble.In the reference manual it states:"The debug pins are in AF pull-up/pull-down after reset:PA15: JTDI in pull-upPA14: JTCK/SWCLK in pull-downPA13: JTMS/SWDAT in pull-upPB4: NJTRST in pull-upPB3: JTDO in floating state"I'm assuming this is the problem; but I don't know if there is a way to configure PB3 and PB4 as GPIOs from the start in order to program the board correctly.Tank you in advance!

I am working with NUCLEO-U5A5ZJ-Q and it is running the "GPIO_IOToggle Example" that I got via STM32CubeIDE.My aim is to control the power state of the nucleo board remotely.I successfully do it using the following commands:STM32_Programmer_CLI --power off index=0after that the LEDs are Off.STM32_Programmer_CLI --power on index=0after that the LEDs blink again.However, after locking the board at RDP2 level, it does not work anymore. More precisely the power off works fine, the power on does not: the LEDs remain Off, even though the tool is reporting "success". $ STM32_Programmer_CLI --power on index=0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- STM32CubeProgrammer v2.19.0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Power ON... Hello all, for STM32H757xI in package WLCSP156, I didn't find a clear explanation about connecting capacitors for power supply. According to the schematic from STM32H757xI  kit, it looks like all VDD_MCU pins need to connect 100 nf capacitors, Only in my case, I can do that, since not enough place on the PCBI wanted to ask, does it have any opportunity to connect VDD_MCU pins to each other and connect to more powerful capacitors. If yes, how can I calculate nominal for capacitors in this case I want to do like here

HI everyone (:Im pretty new and im looking for a way to use ethernet on my Nucleo-h743zI2 board.I Want to be able to send/recieve  "raw" packets from my board and to the pc through ethernet .Im using the last version of Stm32cube ide- 1.18.0.  And the last version of mx - 6.14.0And the STM32CubeH7 - 1.12.1I saw this long post: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus/how-to-create-a-project-for-stm32h7-with-ethernet-and-lwip-stack/ta-p/49308 And this example: https://github.com/stm32-hotspot/STM32H7-LwIP-Examples/tree/main/STM32H743_Nucleo_ETH Is it still valid for the current ide and mx versions? And maybe there is more simple example or refernces that I can look into? - Whats the best way to try and run an example that is valid for my versions?  Thanks alot, Ariel  

Hello,I would like to program the STM32U031 with OpenOCD on the NUCLEO-U031R8. However, I cannot find a proper target configuration in the list provided by /usr/share/openocd/scripts/target/I tried stm32f0x.cfg, stm32g0x.cfg, stm32l0.cfg and stm32u5.cfg and no one worked... The farther I was able to go was with stm32l0.cfg which crashed at the step:STM32L0: Enabling HSI16I tried the interface configuration file stlink.cfg and stlink-v2.cfg and both gave the same results...I looked online to find the proper stm32u031 target configuration file for openocd but I wasn't able to find it.Can someone please help me find the proper file ?Thank you!

Hi,I am trying to add a LCD with 24-bit RGB interface and an external SDRAM(IS42S32400F, a variant of the chip used in F746Disco board) to our STM32F767BGTx based product. So far I have read AN4661(Getting started with STM32F7 Series MCU hardware development) and several posts on this forum and on stackoverflow as well. Before I start to route the PCB, I have a few questions hopefully community members can help clarify:1) How to route FMC_SDCLK trace? AN4661 states that we should "Avoid using serpentine routing". My understanding is that there are only three basic patterns for length tuning: accordion, trombone, sawtooth. Does this mean we can only use sawtooth pattern on FMC_SDCLK trace? Because the other two patterns both involve back and forth (serpentine).2) What does "±10mm within data/address group" mean? Does that mean the shortest trace within a group can be as much as 20mm shorter than the longest trace in the group?3) Whether length matching is necessary when all traces are s

Hello. I'd like to debug STM32H723ZG Nucleo Board, connecting directly with PC. Instead of the basic USB-mini cable, is it possible to cut and work on the USB cable to separate it into 5V, DP, DM, and GND, and then directly connect it to the board for debugging?In the User Manual, the pins for DP and DM are PB14 and PB15.I attatched the screenshot of manual and my hardware setup. thanks.  

All of a sudden,  I cannot connect to this board via stlink usb cable.  I tried pressing reset button, updated firmware, connect in every possible mode (hardware reset, core reset).  Is there a combination/sequence of pressing buttons? In other stm32 mcu I saw  a way to erase memory by connecting a resistor to reset pin and  ground momentarily.  Can this be done on this board and how?   Anything else i can try before I trash it?   Thank you for your help!
