Hi all,I am using customized designed board consisting of stm32G4CEU microcontroller and we have USB connector to do the data communication with the stm32 microcontroller. Once I connect the USB to my PC (Windows11 Pro) then its not getting recognised in device manager. I tried to find the right VCP driver on stm32 website but it supports only upto windows10. Can we not have any stm32 VCP driver for windows11 pro.?Same problem remains also for the DFU class method for USB. In that this software package is only supports up to windows10. Can we not have any software package for windows11 onwards.?Your suggetions are highly appreciated.Many thanks in advance.

Heyho,I'm currently using a GPIO on a STM32L031 for a custom 1-wire interface, which means it's switching all the time between input and output mode (open drain).So far I have learned that the EXTI interrupt only works with GPIOs in input mode.My question:Once I have enabled the EXTI for a certain GPIO in input mode, then change the GPIO mode to output, then back to input, do I have to re-enable the EXTI somehow, or is it still working as before?Thanks in advance!

Hello,  I have been trying for some days to read the values incoming form both ADCs, ADC1 & ADC4, from the NUCLEO U545-REQ. The overall idea is to trigger both ADCs at the same time in output compare mode but if i try to trigger both of them at the same time in the live expression the read values are 0. I have tried to trigger the ADC4 in this mode and it works as expected.  I do not know the error i have. Find attached the configurations of the peripherals and the code:  I have the ADC4 configured as follows: - Channels 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 in single ended mode- Scan conversion mode is enabled- DMA continuous request mode is enabled. - External trigger conversion source is Timer 2 trigger Out event- Trigger detection in rising edge  I have the ADC1 configured as follows: - Channels 1, 2, 6, 7 in single ended mode

Hello everyone,  I'm currently trying to set up the two ADCs (ADC1, ADC4) on my NUCLEO-U545RE-Q for multi-channel continuous conversion via GPDMA (I've previously used an L4+, but intend to change to the U5 family for the final product and am using the NUCLEO board to test the migration). I have - to the best of my knowledge - replicated the ADC and DMA settings I've used successfully on my L4P5CE on the U545RE's GPDMA and both ADCs, however ADC1 and ADC4 seem to have slightly different "architectures" (for lack of a better word), so I've - again, to the best of my knowledge - replicated the settings on both as best I can. However, while this works with ADC4, I'm not getting any data on ADC1.Thing I have tried (without success - only ADC4_res_buffer is getting new data): - enabling/disabling the ADC and GPDMA interrupts- different ADC clock frequencies- Swapping the channels between the ADCs (ADC

We want to trigger two conversions from the same EXTI (EXTI11).Basically rising edge on GPIO B11 should trigger ADC12 conversion and MDF (sigmadelta) Is it possible?

I was wondering if MCP2561/62 can fd transiver ic works with this controller. Please advice. I was also looking for schematic and cad resources for NUCLEO-C092RC board, but cant find. Hello everyone,I have three Nucleo 64 F401RE boards: two are used, owned by two of my friends, and they gave them to me, while one is new. The old boards have always worked fine, but the new one, which worked without issues for a while, no longer uploads code.When I try to upload code via Arduino IDE to all three boards, both LEDs turn red, and I get the following error:"cp: write error: No space left on device Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status"If I try to connect via ST-Link with STM32Cube Programmer, without making any modifications to the boards or their settings, I get the error:"No STM32 target found"The program suggests using a "debug authentication," but I’m not sure how to proceed.Since I need to complete a project with these boards in the next few days, could you help me solve this issue? Until a few days ago, all the boards were working perfectly, but now all three give the same error with the red LEDs on.

Hello,I am making a project for myself on the STM32F405 control board KVM.This board receives data to the HOST from the mouse (this part works). Next, the MCU generates absolute coordinates. These coordinates (absolute) must be transmitted via USB to the KVM. But they are not transmitted. I changed HID descriptor to pass absolute mouse coordinates, but the data is not passed (for relative - the data is passed).Please tell me what else needs to be changed in the USB device configuration (PID?) to transmit absolute coordinates (I couldn’t find a solution on the Internet)?I would be grateful for any answer.

The documentation mentions placing a ferrite bead between incoming voltage and the chip's VDDA line.  Having limited knowledge of ferrite beads I'm confused as to which bead would work best.  If the DC bias current should be about 20% of the bead's rated DC current, and the STM32L011 will be powered by 3v3, does that mean I should use a ferrite bead rated at around 660 to 700 volts?  Or should it be higher?  Or lower?-A

Is DFU possible with the application as part of the FSBL?2. Hi there,We are working on a project in university. The objective of the project is to wirelessly transmit live camera feed to a LCD MIPI-4 Lane 50 pin screen using a digital camera module. We plan on using two microcontrollers, one for the camera which is remotely placed and one for the LCD screen that is with the user. Hello !Hope you're all doing well.I have a little problem here, my CAN BUS Tx is not working on "Normal Mode"I have a bus with several nodes communicating between them without any problem, so the bus itself is not the problemIn "Loopback mode" it works wellIn "Normal Mode", the Rx works but the Tx doesn'tI used an stm32F429 and an stm32F103, and the problem is the same in both MCUsI also tried different CAN transceivers, same problemAny idea why it behaves like this?Thank you :D

I am trying to turn on the LD3 LED (connected to PB3) on the NUCLEO-L031K6 board using direct register access without libraries, but it is not working. The LED does not turn on. Quick Question.... The Docs say the STM32F767VGT6  has 166 5 V tolerant I/O's I need to put 5V pullups on some of my OUTPUT I/O  !Is the tolerance just for INPUTING ?orWill the Low transistion with a 5V pullup   say   1K   be ok !  

 Hi, i hope you're having a great daySo i'm working on a project involving a stm32f4 and multiple other components (an ADC and a amplifier).The stm32 is connected to the ADC via I2S and to the amplifier via I2S and also I2C.I first soldered the stm32 to test it (i burned the chip on a previous board) and it worked perfectly fine, i was able to connect to it via stm32cube programmer and a cheap st-link v2. I also erased the memory, then i uploaded and debugged a small program (i = i + 1 in the while(true) loop), and it also worked perfectly fine. When i codes this program, i made sure that swd debugging was active.I then reflow soldered everything, and everything went great (my different power supply are supplying the correct voltage, and everything that i could test was working well).I did not put heat on the stm32, even if I got close with my hot air soldering tool, i never put the hot air directly on the chip. I'm working on a solution using STM32H753 MCU. HRTIM1 TIMA needs to generate short periodic 100 ns pulses periodically and drive MDMA channels. This already works fine.In addition to above, I need to drive GPIO F8 low for a short 500 ns time window then set it again. F8 must go low synchronized to the HRTIM1 TIMA CH1 being set with max latency of 200 ns.From AF mappings only timers TIM13 and TIM16 allows me to do this, so I moved on with TIM13.Using SW IRQs (SET1 on HRTIM triggering ISR which starts TIM13) works fine but has too high latency (cannot get it below 2.2us running MCU at 480MHz and TIM13 at 120MHz) so gave up on that path. I'm looking for a HW configuration solution. I have been perusing the reference manual and datasheet documentation but do not see a clear way to map this correctly. I'm trying to do something that seems simple if you go a search. I want the module to sleep. Then I will wake it with voltage on pin B6. I don't want an interrupt. Just an event. People mix event and interrupt so much and all the examples I see are based on interrupt so its nearly impossible to find any that actually are about events.From what I can see it should be very simple. But my module does not sleep. Is it possible to change the FLASH write protection at run time without reprogramming the option bytes?The write protection registers are writeable after unlocking, but it appears as if changing the value has no effect on the actual write protection; it looks as if the new values have to be written back to the option bytes, but the new values are only activated after a system reset.Does that mean it is not possible to update a page when the system is operational if that page is write protected (to stop stray writes from corrupting it)?Using an ST32G484, if that makes a difference.
