STM32 MCUs Products

I am using STM32C031C6 MCU connected to an NTAG5 IC via I²C. The MCU is configured as an I²C master transmitter and master receiver. Polling mode is used to transmit and receive data to/from the NTAG5.Below is the code I am using to write and read I²C data. Currently, I have not considered any error conditions such as BERR, ARLO, etc., as described in section 23.4.16 (Error conditions) of the RM0490 STM32C0x1 reference manual.

Hey All, Similar issue to this previous topic,I'm running into a timeout error every time I try and call  USBx->GRSTCTL |= USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_CSRST from the USB_CoreReset function in the example code. It seems like the previous solution was to make sure that a specific bit in the RCC section was enabled. But, that seems to be for the F3/U5 series of MCUs, and the H7 doesn't have that particular register or bit, it seems that the RCC is controlled a little bit differently. I've attached my register view, with a few of the RCC registers that might be of interest expanded. It might also be something that's not part of the RCC causing the issue, so I thought it wise to just include everything, incase there's something else in my project causing trouble. We haven't done a full clock analysis

Hi,I'm using a Riverdi RVT50HQSFWN00 Screen with the STM32U5A9NJH6Q MCU. COnnected to pin PI0 is a WS2812 LED light strip. I already configured the timer 5 channel 4 for PWM generation and validated it with a scope at the pin. Right now I'm stuck at the GPDMA part. I am trying to use my STM32F429IGT6 CAN to receive some data from the host computer. The data is basically 4 16-bit unsigned integers (8 bytes in total), the message ID is 0x16 and uses the 11-bit standard ID format. The host computer sends messages to the bus in a 2ms cycle.On the STM32 part, I enabled CAN1 and used the interrupt function to receive and process the data. However, most of the time, the STM32 does not show any CAN messages coming, and the HAL_CAN_GetRxFifoFillLevel() function always returns 0. This makes me really confused.Below is the initialization code in my can.c file. I am evaluating NAND Flash as a means of storage for a product. I am using the Toshiba TC58NVG1S3HTA00 and using it with the FMC on the NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q board. While I have established comms and have been able to read, write and erase the flash chip successfully, the average read access time is 8 times slow than expected, and the issue seems to be on the FMC side, which is not raising the NOE pin fast enough for expected. Hi, I am working on the STM32L476RG MCU, where I convert a 3.3V ramp signal into a 0 to 360-degree angle using a 12-bit ADC. After that, I generate a digital signal using a GPIO pin. However, I realized that up to 1 kHz of ramp analog input, it works fine, but beyond that, the signals are not converted properly. I think this is due to the ADC conversion speed. how to increase conversion speed of ADC. Hello everyone! I have been trying to do a project where I try to control a PWM signal with the touchscreen I made with TouchGFX on my STM32F746G-DISCO, unfortunately, after generating a PWM signal, the screen just goes blank, it doesn't turn off, it just goes completely white. I tried different TIM pins, different configurations and different duty cycles.Is there something I'm missing? I need to generate at least 2-3 PWM signals and if I am unable to do it with this then I have to use something completely different, I am new to all this so I don't know as much, I can give more information as neccesary!

Good morning,I am implementing a USB connection between my PC and the STM32F107 MCU in Device Only mode on a custom PCB. Since the PCB is powered through the USB connector (VBUS), I do not want to use the VBUS sensing pin (PA9) to activate USB communication. I have disabled it in the STM32CubeIDE settings, but the communication still does not start when I connect the cable.The only way I found to initiate USB communication between the PC and the MCU is by setting PA9 as a GPIO OUTPUT Pull-Up. Is there a way to disable VBUS detection?For reference, I am using the Middleware USB library with the Virtual COM Port (VCP) class. In the past, I used an STM32F411CEU6, and I did not encounter this issue—USB communication started immediately upon connecting the cable, even without VBUS being connected.

hi I am currently using STM32L053 processor and ST LINK debugger with KEIL MDK5. For printing Assert condition I require DAP. (Don't want to use serial port.)For that as I read, will need to use Event recorder . Previously I posted a message thinking that there was an error in AN4221 regarding the checksum and whether it should be complemented.  However, looking at (for instance) the Write Memory command, I can see that the command byte sequence and the data packets employ different methods.  The command is always accompanied by its complement (i.e. XOR 0xFF, or simply ~command in C); for instance, Erase Memory (No Stretch) is sent as 0x45 0xBA.  But then the data packets are accompanied by a checksum where all the bytes are XORed together, starting with 0x00 as a base value.  E.g. 0x00 0x01 0x00 0x02 has 0x03 appended, per the AN4221 example in section 2.13.  The app note describes in section 2 "Communication safety" how for all data packets sent to the bootloader, "a byte containing the computer XOR of all previous bytes is added to the end of each communication (checksum byte).  By XOR-ing all received bytes, data plus

Hello everyone,I am generating PWM signals using the HRTIM module. Specifically, I am using Timer D to generate a PWM signal along with its complementary signal. This signal is always in phase with the master counter, setting at the timer period and resetting at the half-period.Similarly, Timer C also generates a PWM signal, but unlike Timer D, it allows phase shifting relative to Timer D.The issue arises when I try to apply a phase shift step greater than 50% of the period. Hi, I am working on STM32WB55RG MCU and I wanted to enable one pin for Wakeup from Shutdown mode. That works fine. But, when another EXTI pin is initialized, I am not able to disable it. The MCU wakes up when this pin (connector) state is changed, even while it is disabled using the HAP API.  In the code below, I want to enable wakeup for PIN1, which is a switch. Initially, there was CubeIDE project for STM32H747XI without TouchGFX and without C++ accordingly. Everything was ok, startup, linker or HAL init sequence were not touched. Everything worked (DSI, LTDC, I2C, etc.)Time later, I added TouchGFX into project with CubeIDE integrated method (just enable it in software components) and regenerated the code. Hello,I am designing a system to interface an ADC via SPI and send data through the USB (VCP) to a PC.I tested the flow using NUCLEO-H7S3L8, and everything was working fine so i moved to the design of a PCB.When uploading the same code i used on the dev board the USB never shows up on windows device manager. I am able to debug the code using STlink and no error is thrown.My hardware does not include the TCPP03-M20 chip because i am not planning to use Power delivery functions, thus i am connecting CC1 and CC2 with 5.1Kohm resistors to GND.My device is USB powered so i am not sensing the VBUS.Attached i have some prints of the schematic.
