Hello.I did a full chip erase using STM32CubeProgrammer and after that I can upload and run the code. Everything works fine like SAI, SPI interfaces but when I try to set communication via USB_FS as a device only to send data to PC using virtual com port I can't see it in a device manager. Before erasing it was working fine. I am using STM32F767ZIT6 on a custop PCB and I programm it using STLink/V2. I tried flashing my code when BOOT0 pin was pulled to 3.3V and to 0V but the result was similar. Do I need to update some firmware that was deleted after full chip erase or the problem is different?

I am developing some trackers for personal use in VR and have found an excellent solution that meets my needs using the STM32CubeIDE environment and some boards. I create and test the files, but I realize that debugging over serial communication is not my preferred method. Instead, I want to transmit the data using an nRF module to a PC program that will utilize this information, to achieve this I'm using this part as a drop-in circuit and then linking it to the RF side of things. The STM32 will contain the flash and output the fused data raw to the NRF which includes all the connection and base firmware code, How can I modify the serial communication(or change it in the cube ide environment) to use protocols like I2C or SPI so that I can integrate it into a circuit? after I figure this out I can move to making the boards.

I have a system in which the power source to the CAN transceiver interfaced to the on-chip CAN peripheral is common between multiple MCU's vis-a-vis a connector. I have experienced issues wherein if the connection is broken and then re-connected between the multiple nodes, upon reconnection I get an indefinite amount of CAN Error Interrupts firing due to Bit Dominant Errors. I perform the manual reset operation as proscribed in the reference manual (I have ABOM disabled):"If ABOM is cleared, the software must initiate the recovering sequence, by requestingbxCAN to enter and to leave initialization mode. Note: In initialization mode, bxCAN does not monitor the CANRX signal, therefore it cannot complete the recovery sequence.  Hi there,I am configuring HRTIM TIMD to generate PWM which works as expected, roughly following the Synchronous Buck Converter example for the DPOW1 eval board (my target is the nucleo64).I use LL API calls instead of HAL calls for my project.  I have configured an interrup handler to service the JEOC interrupt before calling LL_ADC_INJ_ReadConversionData12()  (? - not even sure if this is correct).  I do not see my interrupt handler being called so either:a) ADC conversion is not being triggered, or,b) ADC conversion is triggered but interrupt JEOC isn't being generated.Can someone suggest a way of ruling out one or the other problem?  For example, is there a blocking LL API call that will allow reading of completed conversions?  Is there an example of this somewhere for reference?Thanks for any help in advance.

Trying to work with the STM32F411 USB OTG peripheral and compiling with Segger Embedded Studio, I'm having trouble clearing out the USB interrupts.The USB peripheral has IRQ bits that are write-1 to clear.  As can be seen in the image below, the breakpoint has triggered under the case that the desired interrupts are cleared out (OTG_HOST_ONLY_IRQs evaluates to 0xF020000A), however, the debugger's register view is showing that they are in fact not cleared.  It is suspicious that the value loaded into reg_value happens to be 0x04000020 as this is the stated default value of GINTSTS according to the reference manual (RM0383 rev 3).  The CMOD bit is the only bit in this register that is not an interrupt and is correctly showing 1 (host mode) in the debugger's register report, but this bit did not get set when the value of GINTSTS was copied into reg_value.  I don't see anything in the reference manual that would indicate GINTSTS needs to be unlocked somehow be

I am working on an STM32G483VET6 in my own hardware. I am trying to use TIM16 CH1 (pin PE0) to generate a PWM signal which drives a sounder. I believe that in early tests I verified that it was working but I was probably messing around manually with register values in the debugger. I therefore think that my initialisation code is wrong but I can’t see why.First of all, the pin is correctly connected; if I configure PEO as a GPIO output by setting the MODER bits for PE0 to 2 (output) and set PE0 high or low in the ODR, the output value gets to the sounder.So far TIM16 is running in PWM mode, I can see the CNT register running up to ARRand resetting but it the PE0 is tri-state when configured to be the output for TIM16_CH1.Rather than paste pages of code, these are the values in the relevant GPIOE and TIM16 registers I observe in the stopped debugger when I believe that PE0 should be driven by TIM16_CH1 but is tri-state:

In other words, my RTOS settings are off. In this way, I was able to ping my card. Hello, I am developing an application using a Nucleo-H723ZG Board in Simulink. I want to read sensor data using I2C and then sending the information to an dSpace Control System using UDP. As I am most knowladgebale using Simulink Code Generation I chose this workflow for this application aswell.So far I was able to read sensor data using I2C while connected with the Board through Simulink External mode using USART3 through CN1 USB PWR. When I add the UDP Send Block to my model and try using the Monitor&Tune function in Simulink 2023a I get a XCP Timeout error and I can not connect to the Nucleo Hardware. Posted on November 05, 2012 at 11:29Hello, I designed a board which contains stm32f105 microcontroller, and i want to use DFU as bootloader in order to download my program to the micro controller through usb port. I put BOOT0 =1, and BOOT1=0 PA10=PD6=PB5=0 then i powered the circuit and connected it to usb port of my pc which runs windows xp. But the pc didn't recognise a new device. These are the processor data: STM32F105 VCT6        Z 990TD   93 MYS 99 045 First question: Why the pc didn't recognize a new device? Second question: the date code is 045 what year does this mean? I want to perform calibration, but I cannot use   "HAL_ADCEx_Calibration_Start(&hadc1, ADC_SINGLE_ENDED);"   . I tried using this code: c Copy code     SET_BIT(ADC1->CR2, ADC_CR2_CAL); (READ_BIT(ADC1->CR2, ADC_CR2_CAL) != 0);     But it resulted in an error because I don't fully understand it. Is there a solution for this? I just want to perform calibration. If I'm using a potentiometer, do I need to use a jumper? Hello everyone,I’m looking for some assistance with making an SD card work as a Mass Storage Class device on the STM32H753I-EVAL2 board. I’ve come across various solutions on the forum that have helped others, but none have resolved all the issues, and I’m still facing some challenges.I have 2 specific questions:The MSC_standalone example doesn’t seem to function correctly on the EVB. It recognizes the SD card and initiates communication, but it reaches a fault error. I’ve tried several SD cards with different speeds and capacities.In our CUSTOM BOARD design for our product, we’ve only had succes (open the flash drive) with low-volume SD cards. I suspect this might be related to clock rates.One notable difference between the evaluation board and our custom board is the absence of a transceiver for the SD card. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!Itzik

Hi. Isn't it possible to turn on the internal pull-up resistors for SDIO lines in STM32U585?In cubeMX configuration, It doesn't show pull up option in gpio config. Also choosing pull up in the init code doesn't look like enabling it. is there anywhere in the datasheet or reference manual that explains this?

Hello to all,I want to make frequency generator with STM32 Nucleo F746ZG board. I am using PC8 and PC9 output. Frequency will begin with 100 kHz both output and during 2 secons it will increase to 400 kHz. Duty ratio always same. And between PC8 and PC9, I want to 180 degree phase shift. My codes are working with each output. I am using osiloscope PC8-GND it's ok. With PC9-GND it's ok. But when measured PC8 - PC9 with osiloscope nothing show in my osiloscope. Probably phase shift not exists. My codes are in below. Anybody show me where is the my mistake? Or any other suggestion to make phase shift in two output? Hello All ,   I am using UART6 of STM32H7 series MCU for reception of 9 Byte data . UART is  losing first byte when receiving data on UART using interrupt. Setup: 1. I am using full duplex RS485 (Modbus) 2. I have 2 MAX485 IC one for reception & another one for Transmission. 3. Data I am sending : Take for second Reception Image: 02 00 35 01 00 01 00 03 3C when I do hit RxCpltCallback function in debugger I have observed that I am losing first byte of frame.  I have added two Snaps of Data reception. we can see the first byte is getting filled with 0 after that we are receiving data and at the end we are losing 9th byte. do you think there is some issue with UART configuration ? What could be the possible solution for this ? Thanks & Regards, 

Hi Team, I am facing an issue regarding the open bootloader. Recently, I downloaded the open bootloader source code for the STM32U0 boards, and I was successfully able to load hex files via the STM32Cube Programmer over UART. However, I encountered a problem when I try to load hex files with incorrect addresses. Specifically, when I load an application hex file with an incorrect address, the STM32Cube Programmer is erasing my bootloader source code. For example, when I flash my bootloader source at address 0x8000000 and load an application hex file with the address 0x8000100, everything works as expected and I do not encounter any issues. But if I try to load an application hex file with an incorrect address like 0x8000004, the bootloader source code gets erased. I have attempted to handle this issue within the bootloader source code, but I am unable to address it from the source code side. Is there a way to prevent this from happening or handle such situ
