Hello,I am using the STM32U575ZIT6 microcontroller and enabling the TrustZone option. When executing projects, the HardFault handler triggers when switching to the non-secure zone, displaying the message "No source available for <signal handler called>() at 0xffffffa9". This also happens when running a blank project. Do you have any solutions?

I have a self-powered device.  It appears as a USB CDC device /dev/ttyACM0, when plugged into a Linux host.  The device port is wired to USB_VBUS, so that pin will only be high when connected to a USB host.I would like to detect the presence of the USB cable, so that the device can sleep if there is no cable and other conditions are met.- How can I detect the presence of the USB cable?  I'm using CubeIDE and the HAL.- How can I put the STM32 to sleep in such a way that it will wake up when the USB cable is plugged back in? 

Hi all,I have the following question related with an issue in LOW power modes in STM32 L4.We have developed a board with a STM32L4+. In this board we set the shutdown mode (by HAL_PWREx_EnterSHUTDOWNMode) and we wake from a wake-up pin (we are using 3 of the wake-up pins). After we wake up we are consulting the SR to watch what was the waken reason. That runs ok with debugger attached. However when we are working without debugger attached this does not work, I mean wake up pins work ok but consulting SR after waking up all of the wake-up bits are 0. In this case, we have detected with an oscilloscope that there is an ¿unexpected? falling edge in the n_rst pin when we wake from wake-up pin (we do not why). Obviously, with the debugger there is no this falling edge in the n_rst pin.In addition, we have replaced HAL_PWREx_EnterSHUTDOWNMode by HAL_PWR_EnterStandby and it works ok in debugging and normal runtime (There is no fallin

I am attempting to set up an encoder on STM32G431RB using Tim 2 which is 32bit but it is only counting up to a 16bit value and going negative. I looked at the register through SFR and only the first 16 bits are active, is there another setting I need to change to use the full 32 bits? SFRConfig

I would like to use the ADC3 of the STM32H7 series chip to realize that the voltage is collected once, and then the voltage is collected at a different point (meaning is it necessary to use two channels, because I see several channel choices in there), how can I realize such an operation?

Here is what I observe:I have an application running that communicates via the CAN bus. With a certain command via CAN the STM32 (STM32F2xx) is put into sleep mode. Thereby I configure the microcontroller to wake up and get an interrupt when activity is detected on the CAN bus. I wait until the configuration is done successfully by the hardware and then call __WFI(). As soon as a message comes in on the CAN bus the microcontroller also wakes up without problems and does its job perfectly BUT here one thing happens:Should it be alone on the bus (apart from the sender of course), then the first message that wakes up the MC is answered with a NAK; only on the second repetition (ARQ) the message is answered with an ACK. Almost as if the controller takes too long to wake up.In the Reference Manual I read that the bxCAN module needs 11 consecutive recessivebits to synchronize with the CAN after a sleep. Does this mea

This should be easy but somehow I cannot make it work? I am working with the ADC of my STM23F4 Board trying to read the input from an AC voltage sensor. My previous code was using HAL and it was outputting my desired values (around 2000), but when I translated the code to standard register programming, the output is wrong (only around 25). What could be the problem with my initialization? There were other ADC initializations in the HAL code for the injected channels but I figured I dont need them in my other code. I am also using the system clock to implement delays with the systick handler, so that shouldn't be a problem anymore. Are there other important details that I missed? Hi All,I have been a little confused about my code and would appreciate some help greatly...I have a basic program where I would like to read the ADC values from a sensor, and transmit them via UART for later signal processing and whatnot.The structure is simple, and when I tested out reading the values from the ADC, as well as sending strings via UART - they both work perfectly fine. But now when I merge the two, the UART does not work anymore... I do not see anything in my serial monitor (Putty)I feel like I am missing something big, but cannot find it. Hi :I have a custom board, the mcu is STM32L4P5RG, I also connect Flash W25Q128(OSPI1) and APS6404L(OSPI2) to it.But I can't reset them and hal status always return HAL_ERROR. Summary: I'm seeing a situation where the CAN frames are repeating when they should only be sent once.  However, the receiving device is receiving them just fine.  Details:I'm running an STM32U545 on it's Nucleo Board, and using a simple CAN transceiver chip.  I'm sending pre-made dummy messages to spoof an external device, and have verified those messages work using an STM32L431.  The frame is being sent once every 200ms, and the code is sitting in HAL_Delay() the rest of the time.  The number of repeated frames is not consistent.  I'm looking on the scope/Saleae, and it can be anywhere from 1 to several (like 7 or 10), and anywhere in between.  The Saleae interpreter is reporting an ACK being received, so that shouldn't be the issue.  Bit rate: 250kIs there anything else I should check?

Hello guys, I'm testing a PDM mic with the nucleo-h723gz to capture in polling mode. Now I tested it with the I2S peripheral and I don't have any problem at all. But when i try to use the SPI I don't get any data: my buffer remain empty and the register happen to be cleared (after the initialisation). Every time my project get stuck in the timeout management in the ***_hal_spi.c (the RXWNE/FRLVL flags are always zero). I thought the problem can be that the PDM fail to deliver any data cause it isn't clocked properly, but I tried already various combination for the clock.My PDM mic works when it has a clock 1-3 MHz. So the only thing necessary is a baud rate 1-3 Mbits/s, isn't?Or I have to set the peripheral clock to a right value?

Hello everyone:After I got the development board, I soldered it first. After soldering it, only the COM port light lit up red when I powered on for the first time, and the LED area and user buttons did not respond. After using the debug support of keilv5, I successfully read the port. However, I cannot connect to the hardware when using keil's ST download function. I tried to use cubeide to download again, but the port still could not be found, but my computer device manager could find the port and the universal serial bus device could query STM32 ST-Link/V3.   We have a product containing the STM32G030K8T6 MCU. The code is working like expected and the product is meeting all specifications. The product is battery powered and can be charged via USB.   If the product is assembled it will go into a burn-in test where 70 plus products will be charged and de-charged between 3 to 10 times. During this test 1 to 3 products are failing, and with failing I mean the MCU does not advance further or freeze as shown in the below picture. It stops at the following line of code:
