Hello everyone,I am new to STM32 architecture and configuration. I am trying to configure new GPIO ports and pins in an STM32H745i-DISCO board. I had some previous code for the pin configuration, but I could not 100% map it to the user manual for the board. The code is the following. Hello.I was glad to hear that the TouchGFX supportance have covered the STM32MP135F-DK. Even though it only support TouchGFX 4.24.0 and STM32CubeIDE 1.15.0 (I'm unable to download the IDE 1.15.0 ! Only 1.15.1 so I tried the 1.15.1).Right from the start there was trouble with development.After downloading the addon and installed it into the TouchGFX folder, I followed the wiki stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_install_X-TouchGFX_MPU_Addon and downgraded my 1.18.0 IDE to 1.15.1 and installed it into the default directory, which the tutorial asked me to do so. I've downloaded the required programmer before so there was no need for me to reinstall it. Before this trial, I'm already a senior developer at TouchGFX.Generated the code……and clicked the "run target" as required……finally it went like, this↓ I wondered.So I opened the CubeIDE project and tried to build it just in the IDE.And unfortunately↓ I thought that it must be wrong, however, I done everything the wiki told me.I was us

I'm trying to setup CubeIDE for STM32MP1 but cannot make it to see the OpenSTLinux SDK.Following this article:https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_install_the_Yocto_Project_SDK_in_STM32CubeIDEThe popup window that should allow to download the SDK does not show up. Instead there is another one that opens the SDK manager directly. So I downloaded the SDK manually. Hi,I want to implement a quadrature encoder input with the 400 MHz M33 core of the STM32MP257 MCU:two inputs which use 90 degree phase shifted pulses to increment or decrement a counterno bitbanging, means it is natively running on the hardwarefully running on bare metel/HAL code on the M33 coreconfigured with CubeMXMy question: how can this be done exactly? Means what do I have to configure within CubeMX to have two (or four) inputs working as one (or two) quadrature encoder inputs with related counter(s)?Thanks!

I was trying to write a small firmware to keep the LD9 Orange LED steady ON, instead of blinking in STM32CubeIDE. I could able to flash into CM33 core using the debugger and able to debug. When I disconnect debugger, it still remain ON.But once I reset the board, the CM33 firmware is gone and LD9 again started blinking, as if my firmware is over written.Any solution?

HiI am trying to program the Cortex M33 of STM32MP257F-DK dev board using CubeIDE. I have generated the code in Cube IDE. The debugger failing to program as the board not responding.Following are my debug settings:Again I tried using STM32 Cube Programmer, no luck.But its able to detect Cortex A35 using USB DFU mode and able to flash Linux into sd card.But the MCU is unable to detect.I tried boot settings in Development Mode 0011. Also tried 0001 and 0000. Same issue.Can anybody let me know where I am going wrong?

Hi,I'm trying to download SDK version 5.10 to build the version of Linux kernel used in our product after some years, i understand the file we need is en.SDK-x86_64-stm32mp1-openstlinux-5.10-dunfell-mp1-21-11-17.tar.xzunfortunately I get V6.x regardless of what I select on the download page. Hello,I was writing an application interacting with the default firmware on the STEVAL-STLKT01V1 in python using the Blue-ST-SDK and it was working fine (https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/BlueSTSDK_Python/tree/master).    My teammate then flashed the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS1 firmware on the tile and now the script I wrote using the Blue-ST-SDK-Python cannot discover it (the example_1.py now simply times out) even though the device MAC address can be found with bluepy.  It gives this error when trying to add the node by the MAC address:AM1V420: "Manufacturer specific data" must be of length "7" or "13", not "15".  The board is discoverable and usable by the ST BLE Sensor app.  Maybe the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS1 is only compatible with IOS/Android versions of the SDK?    Which firmware is compatible with the Blue-St-Protocol-Python?  And which firmware is default flashed onto the Sensortile?  I simply need to read accelerometer and gyroscope

An error in the interrupt priority configuration of the STM32MP135 code generated by CubeMX will result in all interrupts being set incorrectly. Hello,I'm trying to configure a STM32MP135DAE in STM32CubeMX and running into problems trying to enable the ETHx_PPS_OUT pins in the configuration.For both ETH1 and ETH2, the "ETH PTP_Synchro PPS_OUT" box is grayed out with an error of:"ETH PTP_Synchro PPS_OUT Disabled: available only if one ETH Mode is enabled and if TIM2 or TIM3 is enabled with Slave Mode enabeld and ETR as Trigger Source or if FDCAN is enabled"Attempting to enabel TIM3 as desribed is not possible. Trigger Source of ETR1 is not selectable with an error of:"ETR1 Conflict with: SDMMC1: Mode SD 4 bits Wide bus or/and ETH! : Mode RGMII (Reduced GMII)"This is with STMCubeMX 6.14.0

STM32MP are not microcontrollers - so moved to the MPU section.Hi,How can I flash a CubeMX generated project to STM32MP257F-DK microcontroller?Do I have to generate a custom Yocto image with custom device tree, where I load the CubeMX generated device tree? Or is there any other easier ways to do it?

However, I am having trouble setting up OpenAMP on M33.After enabling openAMP in the .ioc file of STM32CubeIDE (version 1.18.0) and generating the project, running it, it stops at the code 'while(resource_table.vring1.da != VRING_RX_ADDRESS)'.in rsc_table.c in main.cdmesg when m33 launch sequence. Thanks! 

Hello We have a few queries regarding the use of ST-Link for debugging, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.We are currently using a J-Link Base probe for debugging the STM32MP157F processor in SEGGER EMBEDDED STUDIO, and we are successfully performing multi-core debugging with the J-Link.Could you please confirm if ST-Link can be used to debug the A7 core in SEGGER Embedded Studio? If so, could you kindly provide the necessary settings or configuration required for debugging using ST-Link, as well as the process for performing multi-core debugging with ST-Link?We are also planning to work with the STM32MP257 processor in the near future. I ran into some issues porting the security package for STM32MP157My project was based on arm compiler 5, because cubeMX generated this version, but the MDK part of the self-test library I downloaded from the official was based on arm compiler 6, so I could not transplant the self-test library to my project. Is there any solution?
