hi community,i my project. i am using PIT and it is working fine. before initialization of the drivers osalThreadDelayMilliseconds() is working fine. but after initialization of the low level drivers, osalThreadDelayMilliseconds() is blocked even though when i had used osalThreadGetMilliseconds() logic . even though it is not working (bolcking the code (PIT also)).is there any alternatives. to add delay's without blocking PIT.Regards E shiva

Dear all,Good morning, I am facing issues with some functions in autodevkit.The functions osalThreadDelayMilliseconds() and osalThreadDelayMilliseconds() are blocking the entire execution.As the Autodevkit driver doesn't support the CANTP(response taken from AutoDevKit Community) so I am sending 8 bytes and then 8 bytes and so on. For this I need delay between each set of 8 bytes for this delay implementation I am using above mentioned function in different ways, but this is blocking entire CAN communication.So Can anyone help me to figure out this issue. Thanks & Regards,Aishwarya 

Hi, We're attempting to update the LIV4F firmware via the UART interface from an embedded device, however, we're unable to replicate the steps documented in UM3009.Our code works up until the the baud rate configuration step in Figure 2, after which communication from the unit fails. Is there any additional documentation on the LIV4 firmware protocol or reference code? We found an example for the LIV3F but the process in the code differs substantially from what's in the LIV3F manual.We also noted that the LIV4 module only returns the code 0x98 0x83, rather than the TESEO_FLASHER_SYNC code 0x83984073 documented in the manual. We do receive the ACK code after the DEVICE_START_COMMUNICATION code. Not sure if this is an expected change or if it is an indication that something is wrong. I also found Quectel documentation for what appears to be the LIV3 upgrade process in the example code, and it show the baud rate being set in the binary image options data block. Posted on November 27, 2014 at 15:02Hello,It is a while that I am working on the SPC5Studio with the SPC560B-DIS discovery board.I always had problems connecting to the board using the USB connection.Each time that I couldn't connect, I uninstalled the UDE and re installed it. Not very convenient but it worked.Now nothing works. Dear community members,I have three questions about the AEK-POW_BMS63EN require answers and input from experts:1. After running the example of AEK-POW_BMS63EN, everything is ok; however, the fault LED on  is always high in AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 even thought the F1 and F2 parameters are 0. Is there any issue related to the board or system?2. How to place the NTC sensor on the AEK-POW-BMSHOLD (the manual does not state this clearly)?3. After installation of SPC5-Studio Green, I have copied my HighTec license file into C:\SPC5Studio-6.0\licenses, however SPC5 is showing the following screen.The path it wants for the license file is 'null'. What can I do to get the license file to be recognized correctly?If this license is not working correctly will the software be able to run properly? I have an ECU with code generated in Simulink using the SPC5-Studio compiler, does it need the license to be recognized for that compilation to work correctly?

Hello all,I'm Ali, new to ST Microcontrollers, and I'm seeking some guidance to get started with SPC5 Studio. Previously, I developed custom SDKs where I had control over registers, their addresses, and more. However, transitioning to SPC5 Studio has proven challenging for me.While I can easily import samples from the application library and run them on my microcontroller, I'm struggling with writing a simple LED blinking program. Understanding the schematic, identifying pins, ports, and other details has been particularly difficult.Currently, I've created a project and set pin 1 as GPIO using pinMap editor, but I'm unsure how to proceed further. If anyone could provide assistance in getting started with SPC5 Studio, including basic programming instructions, it would be greatly appreciated.For reference, I'm using the AEK-MCU-C1MLT1 board.Best regards,Ali

Even after restarting the computer, it won't work, and even if the software is reinstalled, it won't work!

I am currently using an SPC56P chip for my application. But I do not have an debugger probe for it which is compatible with SPC5Studio. So my question is: 1. Is SPC5-UDESTK-EVAL the only debugger probe that is compatible with SPC5Studio ? Or are there any other SPC5Studio compatible debugger ?2. Is there any other IDE, that will allow to use the Segger J-Link as debugger for SPC56P chip ? 3. The webpage of SPC5-UDESTK-EVAL suggests it being NRND (not recommended for new design), so is there a newer model available instead of it for SPC5Studio ?  I have tried SPC5Studio and AutoDevKitStudio and I think both are not compatible with J-Link.

  Hello, I am currently working with the NUCLEO GNSS2A1 extension on the NUCLEO-L010RB demonstration board, and I am trying to retrieve data from the gyroscope and accelerometer. According to the TESEO VIC3DA module documentation, there are two modes of dead reckoning: DRAW Mode: Designed for automotive applications, it requires a speed signal. DRUM Mode: Suitable for industrial applications, which corresponds to my use case. Based on my research, the gyroscope and accelerometer data should be transmitted via the following messages: $PSTMDRSENMSG,30 and $PSTMDRSENMSG,31. However, I never receive these messages. When I send them, I only receive back the same thing that I sent. Hello to all, I'm working on a simple application for exchanging messages via ethernet with a SPC58EC. The application is a clean derivation of the gateway example without the remote which simply has to talk to another linux application.The application establishes a connection, sends messages for a couple of minutes, then freezes.If I block the debug I see that the code is in an "unhandled exception 2" line. Hi, I'm using a FDA903D amplifier in my custom board . The I2S audio lines are giving proper output with  AEK-AUD-C1D9031 kit by passing the controller I2S lines to the FDA903D in my custom board (I have noted the CLK,WS, And SD lines as well). I'm trying to configure I2S accordingly from my microcontroller to FDA903D but its not giving me expected output (it gives me a noise output instead). Can anyone please help me with an example code including the audio data you are sending to help me achieve this.

Hi, I'm an SPC5 beginner. I followed the YouTube tutorial and correctly installed AutoDevKit zip file. When i go SPC5Studio>Help>Install New Software>Add>Local, AutoDevKit does not appears in my unziped folder. I see there are some files in the video (AEK, API, ComplexDrivers etc.). But i can't see these folders in my downloadPlease Help.Thanks a lot))
