Hello all.I'm gonna work with my MCU flash memory (SPC560B54L5).I installed driver and samples from link below:https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/spc56xmbp-flash.htmlBut c-array-drivers and also its samples are compiled with Diab and GHS but i am working with SPC5Studio which is GCC.My second question is about Flash Reading?!Is there any way to read flash memory ? (I have not found any function or API to read flash memory)

Hi, I am working on FCCU module in SPC584B. I have enabled the IRQ Alarm for the Faults. When the Fault is simulated using fake fault, i am getting the IRQ Interrupt. But, on getting the Interrupt if i do not clear the fault, the interrupt keeps triggering. Is there a way that i can clear the IRQ interrupt Status Flag to de-assert the Interrupt.

Hi there,I am working with a company developing an automotive control module that connects to several systems that must be able to wake up the module from STOP mode.One of the modules signals the wakeup request over the CAN bus, and I was wondering if it was possible to integrate this functionality into the firmware of the SPC58EC microcontroller.I had a read through both the WKPU and MCAN sections of the datasheet, and could not find any conclusive information about how I might go about this or whether this functionality is supported in this microcontroller.Any suggestions for implementation of this functionality, or alternative microcontrollers that may provide this functionality will be greatly appreciated.Kind regards,-Graison

I am a thesis student and part of my thesis is to test the CAN of SPC58NN84x MCU in two modes, the normal mode, and the loopback mode.The loopback mode is ok as the CAN receives the same message that it transmits properly, however, this is not the case in the normal mode as the transmission is always in "pending" and not successfully placed on the busThe CAN controller is connected to a TJA1041 high speed can transceiver.Can anybody tell me what is the difference between the two modes or a hint how could this be fixed and make the can works in the loopback mode properly?

I have 3 documents (DocID14642 Rev 12, Doc ID 13850 Rev 6, DocID14499 Rev 9) from the SPC563M64L5 microcontroller.Is there a complete datasheet other than these 3 documents from this microcontroller? And if so, what is the method of preparation?I want to have ports and pin numbers. Information such as clock, commissioning of various microcontroller units, registers and all the necessary information to set up and work with this microcontroller.

Hello everyone,I looked into DS11597 Rev 4 datasheet (page 104) and the mentioned TN1263 (SPC582Bx IO definition: Signal description and input multiplexing tables) documents, but I could not figure out, whether the SPC582B60E1Cx with 3 (x=0,D) CAN interfaces is able to output CAN4_sys1 peripheral. I need CAN output on the pins 61 and 62 (i.e., PC12 and PC13 or PAD[44] and PAD[45]).I assume, that the 0 and D version only has CAN0_sys0,CAN1_sys0,CAN2_sys0, am I right?In the SPC5 Studio it seems as if I can only use the version with 7 CAN interfaces.Could you tell me, how to select the version with 3 CAN interfaces in the PinMap Editor?Is it possible to get samples of the SPC582B60E1CG or ..CH or ..MG or ..MH?Thank you very much for your answers in advance.Best regards,Christopher Seifert

Hi community! my name is Vincenzo,I am looking, if any, for an example application that would help me understand how to send UDP messages from the SPC58EC-DISP board over Ethernet.For the moment I have found an interesting application that allows me to ping the SPC58EC-DISP from my PC, but I'm not being able to do anything else. I noticed that there are demos available inside this application such as Simple TCP Echo Server, but I have not been able to get it to work. There is some documentation about it? besides AN5413.Moreover, I would like to know if it possible to create the Ethernet socket to send a UDP message without using the FreeRTOS Component RLA component?Thanks in advance for your support!Vincenzo

After the watchdog does a reset and the watchdog is enabled after the reset the watchdog will not cause a reset. The watchdog is enabled and not getting serviced but a reset is not occurring. What has to be done to get the watchdog working again?

Installed SPC5Studio on an older WIN7 laptop. When trying to start the application an icon briefly appears in the taskbar - then nothing.Error log reads "A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment..."Updated existing JAVA runtime environment - sameUninstalled JAVA - sameUninstalled and re-installed SPC5Studio - sameWill attach the error log if anyone can work out what is going wrong here and how to fix this.Thanks - Peter N

Hi, I want to use LIN communication as slave in my board.I'm using SPC5Studio, and I'm checking the example code which the SPC58ECxx_RLA LIN Test Application for Discovery.This example code is used two LIN nodes and master node ask for data to slave node. (202 code line)I have expect when slave node receive ask something from the master node, this program access spc5xx_lin_rxi_interrupt API.But If I use just only slave node, How Can I use transmit function?I think one of solution is modification of spc5xx_lin_rxi_interrupt API, but is it have another solution?
