The SPC5Studio Import application Wizard only has SPC570S50L1DISP for the SPC57 S-Line.After import application such as SPC570Sxx_RLA SERIAL Test Application for Discovery, generate and compile it, run the PLS UDE debug, there is nothing printed on the console (the 2nd COM port), and the UDE STK 4.8 gives warning ''Core0::PowerPcInstr PowerPC mode is different between target and pattern, VLE mode is forced''. Question:1. How to get sample code for the SPC570S-DISP with SPC570S50E1 MCU?2. The console issue, was it because the code was generated for SPC570S50L1 MCU so it doesn't work properly on the SPC570S50E1?Thanks for any help.Job

Hello,I have built LED blinky test program in SPC560B-DIS eval, I am setting and clearing LEDs in eval bord. I have introduced delay "osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(500);" between set and clear.I have used below code for my application, but it throws build error please find attached build error. Hi ST experts,I started with SPC560B50L3 and I am using SPC5Studio 5.8. I have problem with eMIOS0 configuration (ch1-ch7) as PWM outputs.. I use PinMap editor and i configured the pins as eMIOS0 output (eMIOS0 ch1-ch7, eMIOS0 ch9-ch13 and eMIOS0 ch20-ch21).I can configure eMIOS0_group0 (ch9-ch15) and eMIOS0_group1 (ch17-ch23) but cannot configure eMIOS0 ch1-ch7 as PWM, why?I saw into RM0017 document on figure 250 channel configuration. How i understand it.. there are 6 PWM output groups.. 3 groups for eMIOS0 and 3 groups for eMIOS1, is not it? For package, which i use, i can used only eMIOS0 (LQFP100) and i need to use all three groups of eMIOS0 for PWM outputs.But via Low Level Driver configuration, i can configure only two groups of eMIOS0 as PWM output.I use SPC560B54L5 and i saw in document RM0037 (figure 357) very similar channel configuration as for SPC560B50L3. I used the MCU with SPC560B-DIS board and there is no problem configured all 3 groups of eMIOS0 as PWM output.Please,

Posted on March 20, 2017 at 07:38Hi All,I am planning to have CRC calculation for my Hex file generated and i want to keep that CRC at the end memory location of hex file generated ,Is there any option in SPCstudio to enbale CRC so that when IDE is generating hex file it can calculate the CRC and keep it at the end location of the generated Hex file,while flashing to the board we can remove that CRC bytes and flash the hex file,Please let me know is there any option to enable in SPCstdio.Thanks in advance,---Thanks & Regards,Mujeeb#crc #spc5

Using SPC560B-DIS Eval board, and tried UART serial example with LED, COM Port is not detecting on the Computer.Flashed the firmware using UDE through USB , LED start blinking but Virtual Com Port is not detected for UART communication.

Hello everyone,   Is it possible to program the SPC570Sxx series microcontrollers (specifically, SPC570S40E1) in Linux? I have been using PLS UDE-STK for programming under Windows but as far as I know there is no Linux version of that. Debugging capabilities are not important for me, I only want to be able to program the chip.   Thanks in advance

Has anyone had any luck setting up the SPC572L64E3 to run in Asynchronous SPI Slave Mode? I need interrupts to trigger for chip select assert/deassert, tx word push and rx word pull. I've tried using the TFFF and RFDF ISRs but it seems that the TFFF ISR will trigger several times before a word is ever transmitted, and several words will be transmitted before RFDF is triggered.

I am trying to connect to the SPC58EC-DISP board through PLS UDE Starter kit to program and debug the Serial Test Application example provided with the SPC5 Studio IDE. Hello everybody,My name is Catalin and I work on an Automotive project on a gateway and I have a question regarding this microcontroler. So basically I have to wakeup the gateway every 600 seconds +/- 15 seconds and perform a voltage measurement.
