In the past I know that it was not possible to change the email address of an ST account.I use a personal address to be independent of my changes of employers.But now ST requires a commercial email address to participate in webinars.In the same way you impose a commercial address to order on ST eStore.Since ST has tightened its policy regarding email addresses, it becomes imperative to be able to update them.The alternative is to create a "fake" account for each use... I did it but I receive triple notifications and announcements!So how do I change the email address used by my account?

Hello, may be someone can answer the following question:I would like to order from estore a NUCLEO-H755ZI-Q dev board but would like to clarify one moment. The description says: **** On-board ST-LINK (STLINK/V2-1, STLINK-V3E, or STLINK-V3EC) *** If I understand the situation correctly those types of debug./program. are mutually exclusive.  How do I order NUCLEO-H755ZI-Q dev board with STLINK-V3 and not V2? I opened a ticket with Sales/CS on March 6 (Case# 00227964) and so far received 4 replies ranging from "will send it to A, he knows better" to "the board is sold by a third-party distributor, so we dont know ask them" i.e. people have no idea what is being sold through ST web site.What is really upsetting is that on the web page in question https://estore.st.com/en/nucleo-h755zi-q-cpn.html the customers are encouraged to contact sales if they have any questions.   Thanks!

When viewing text file attachments, showing line numbers can be helpful. Then we can refer to the line numbers in replies, etc. 

Hi,Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I have been trying to get into the online eStore to access a sample for the last few hours. Unfortunately, the login button on the store is completely broken. Any attempts to sign in result in:  Error at the ACS Endpoint.invalid_responseReason: The status code of the Response was not Success, was Responder -> Unable to verify the signature I believe there is an issue with the store website specifically since it all works great on the main website as well as here on the forum. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? I even tried buying a part I needed but when I select checkout and sign in, the same error appears.

I am unable to log on to my ST account for two days. The community forum itself reads well, no delays etc.But logging in fails because idpsso.st.com does not respond (browser reports timeout). From my location IP address of idpsso resolves to 164.130.1.34.(Now I've logged in via a proxy with exit point with very good reputation in the USA, but cannot use it all the time).Had tried to redirect either  idpsso.st.com or idsso.st.com, both seem to enable logging in.

Does st has any support for user accounts problems? I have not find anything in the web page. There is no email or any kind of messaging service. I have created a ticket a week ago, but no response there either. It looks like the company went out of business :-/. Was anyone able to get a support from ST and how?

I couldn't help noticing that many posts lately have keywords and/or whole phrases highlighted in bold typeface. This is an entirely new phenomenon, I don't remember seeing this previously, or at least not in such conspicuous proportion.Can please somebody enlighten me, why?Maybe it's not a bad thing, I can't decide yet.Thanks,JW

Why the "wireless MCU" category does not have all the tags as the "normal" STM32s MCUs? If the post is about SPI on STM32WB, I cannot tag it both STM32WB and SPI. All tags for SPI, I2C and so on are available only in the normal MCU category. 

Hi St Forum Team,Randomly, I cannot login to my account.I enter my email and password and click 'Login' button. The page refreshes and the entries are empty. Sometimes it works on 2nd attempt, sometimes not.I tried Chrome and Firefox. This started few weeks ago.Thanks

If an ST member accepts a solution on a thread to which I've replied, the "latest notification" box on the main forum page shows as if it was my answer that got accepted:when in fact it wasn't: On the notification screen, it correctly shows that a solution was accepted. I'm aware that this can happen if a user accepts one solution and then changes it, in which case only the last one shows as accepted. However, if my solution is accepted, I get an email, and I did not get one in this case. It also happens a fair amount. This may only happen when an ST employee accepts a solution.

The webteam added more external script requirements, so clicking on St.com-> Products->Products no longer give a reaction without giving a lot of external enties the right to execute scripts.Please reconsider the nessecarity  for this recent change!

Sometimes I update old replies/post with small corrections (grammar or formatting) or adding additional comments (maybe the solution is outdated for a newer version of a toolchain and I will expand the solution for the newer version, for instance, or updating outdated links).Now I can no longer do that for comments older than a day. The button is missing.For newer posts it does have the button:It's very annoying. Are those new restrictions? What are the exact conditions? Don't tell me my spelling errors are now forever frozen in time and all answers will become outdated and obsolete?

I'm sure this is not the right place to ask for this, so apologies for that, but I have suggested this easy change every time the automated survey form comes up (I'm beginning to suspect nobody actually reads them....) Can we have an option that allows you to select the number of posts per page? The default of 10 is not enough. It could (should) be just next to the "Sorted by:" option at the top. (Assume people delete cookies after every browser session, so don't rely on some "preference" that has to be changed deep in some menu system).  I don't visit this site as often as I should, and it would be a great help if I could see many more posts per page. That way I could quickly scroll down (or search) the page to see if there is anything relevant to me.  Thanks.  

Hi,I tried to report this problem to OLS but they seem to be not listening to my issue. I hope to explain the problem further here so that (like the OLS) you don't just tell me that the problem is with my computer.I have a number of people (including myself) that cannot log in to the ST website or register an account here in Australia. I personally have tried three different operating systems, two different internet connections, three different browsers, and even one fresh install of linux in a virtual machine and all three show the same problem. I have also had multiple colleagues try on their computers on different internet connections and they too are not able to log in properly. The login is also broken in CubeIDE.The problem with the registration form is that you cannot submit it. The problem with the login page is that you submit it and it just redirects back to the same login page without logging in.If I try to submit on the login page with an incorrect password, I get the error

Moved to Feedback Forum - this is the place discussions about the forum itself.Yesterday I started to receive notification of every post made on forum.  I did not change anything in my settings and looked to verify there is not a setting to request this. Anyone know how to stop it?

I want to delete my account and data and couldn't find an option to do it.
