Hi,For the SPI transfer APIs with suffix '_DMA'. In the transmit and receive alone ones, they checked 'hspi->hdmatx' and 'hspi->hdmarx' respectively. But in 'HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive_DMA()', it only check the 'hspi->hdmarx'. hello together,I would use a Nucleo-32 board in my new project, the Nucleo-G431KB. In this project I would like to use the autobaud feature. Only I can't find an example, there are many USART examples but none with autobaud.Does anyone have an example or a small HowTo?Thanks a lot!

Hi,I have I project (STM32H743IIT6) and I want to know if it's possible to have use a display 1280x800 24bpp? if it's not possible can I still have a display with a resolution of 1280x800 but with les bpp? Can I use a different MCU STM32H757XIH6 or another? Thank you

I am using CAN bus on my project and I am using  NUCLEO-H753ZI board. The second board is nvdia orin nx. I also using CAN to USB converter to monitor the frames. When STM32 send the frame it is received on CAN to USB converter software without error but Orin NX showing error frame. When I send frame from Orin NX then it is received at CAN to USB converter correctly but not at STM32. So I am not able to understand where is the problem. I change the frame bitrate by adjusting the Tseg1-85 and Tseg2-13. at CAN bit rate of 125000. But it is not working. Then I try at Tseg1-573, Tseg2-62 then this work with Orin but if 10 frame are send from STM32 then only 2 or 3 received other show error. Hi,With GPDMA standard mode, I implemented timer triggered SPI DMA transfer. But the 'Size' argument of the 'HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive_DMA()' is 'unit16_t', this means it can only transfer 64k bytes once. Are there any method to transfer beyond this value using DMA?Thanks.

Posted on January 23, 2014 at 12:00I have used the STM32 USB-FS-Device development kit examples to implement the custom HID and the DFU. It all works OK and I can upgrade the custom HID application from the DFU application using DfuSeDemo.  The problem is that the DFU application does not reset when the upgrade is complete, I have to cycle the power. There is a system reset in the code but it isn’t called. Where do I need to do the system reset to force the DFU app to reset when the download is complete?

Almost all examples dedicated to boards (for example for board X-NUCLEO-53L5A1 + NUCLEO F401) have structure (project tree) based only on RTOS usage. Let me explain using example of X-NUCLEO-53L5A1 board. After importing the project to CUBE-IDE we have main() with standard init and config function inside, after that we have  MX_TOF_Init();  Next in while() loop goes MX_TOF_Process();. And all the magic takes place inside that process.Usually, when we take working project, its perfect base to modify to get at the end our own, customized solution. But for person, not familarized with RTOS and such file structure its almost imposiible to modify anything. Hello,We are uing STM32F303RBT6 controller to read the current parameters of stepper motors.So, 7ADC1 ADC channels are used, which are read through DMA1 Channel1 . InitADC() driver initialization is succesfull, StartADC() conversion is called once every 1ms, but the raw data in the adc_hw_data[] buffer is incorrect.MC power supply voltage VDD and pin VDDA = 3.270V, voltages at the inputs aof ADC channels PA2 = 3.054V, PA3 = 2.845V.Цhen we use an F4 series controller with similar parameters everything works as it should.So, what cn be te problem?Thank you in advance. 

In an STM32CubeIDE USB HID project for an STM32F103C8 board I can send data from the device to the host using the USBD_HID_SendReport() function, like so:USBD_HID_SendReport(&hUsbDeviceFS, (uint8_t*)&hid_report,sizeof(hid_report));How can I read data in the device sent over USB HID by the host?In particular, I'd like to send arbitrary data (say, 1024 bytes) from the host using something like hid_write() from libusb's hidapi and then read it in the STM32 device.How can I do that?

 I'm using STM32H747i-DISCO board. In Stm32Cube_FW_H7_V1.11.2 STM32H747I-DISCO example project -- stm32h747i_discovery_sdram.c, cas is 3. SDRAM worked fine with this setting. It didn't work when I changed cas to 2. Datasheet of Is42s32800G-6BLI shows cas is 2 at 100MHz clock.In How to set up the FMC peripheral to interface with the SDRAM...CAS is also set to 2 for FMC clock 100MHz.  Why cas need to be 3 in Stm32Cube_FW_H7_V1.11.2 STM32H747I-DISCO example project?

Hello. I have a STM32H747XI project. This MCU has both CM4 and CM7 cores. I can reset both of them, when I use NVIC_SystemReset() function. How can I reset only CM7 core from CM4 core?

The data sheet on page one shows 0 to 3.6V input range but rm0440 says the ADC input range is -Vref to +Vref.where I believe the Vref is 3.6V? Can you explain the difference in specifications? Also, can you explain how this range changes with being single ended vs differential? Also, there is a gain compensation register for the ADC that can go from 0 to 3.999756x. Does this voltage range assume a compensation value of 1x? If I use different gain compensation values, how does that affect the input range specification? I have an input that is about half of 3.6V. Can I use gain compensation to reach close to fullscale? I need to multiplex between 4 different inputs.If I use oversampling will the ENOB improve? At normal sampling 12 bits has a little over 10 ENOB. With oversampling how much increase in ENOB can I expect. I realize this is dependent on how much oversampling is done. I just want to know if there are some static errors that will limit this.

Hello, I am trying to transmit 64 byte data with DMA but if I am not use at least 10ms delay the data is not transmitted. How can I check the is data transmitted without any need of delay ? I try to check UART is busy or not fort that but its not worked...Thanks. 

I have found an issue with code generation from .ioc file. Using STM32H7S78 DK when choosing pins for FDCAN2 (I chose pb5 and pb6), after code generation it doesnt set pb 6 as an RX. Even if you manualy add it in the code it will remove it after code generation.

I'm trying to use circular DMA with a SPI bus peripheral, where the DMA transfer complete interrupt causes something to happen after each block of data is DMA'd to the SPI bus. If my DMA transfer size is greater than 5, everything works well according to my oscilloscope. If the transfer size is 5, the number of transfers between transfer complete interrupts bounces around  in an unstable fashion. If I set the transfer size to less than 5, there are always 6 SPI bus transfers per transfer complete interrupt. I'm using all HAL functions to do this, and when I stop in the debugger and inspect special function registers, everything looks good. Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? Hello -I recently acquired a new P-L496G-CELL02 development kit to evaluate cellular communication performance. Out of the box, when I first plug in the P-L496G-CELL02 development kit to my PC and open a terminal, it instructs me to "open a web browser and go to http://www.stm32-c2c.com". When I go to the http://www.stm32-c2c.com domain, its page says "The stm32.c2c.com web page to enroll P-L496-CELL02 is now moved to STMicroelectronics www.st.com. Please click here, to get more information." I have been unable to to find any page on the st.com domain for enrolling the P-L496-CELL02. So unfortunately I am stuck on step #1 with getting this demo running out of the box.

But in same series there is 2Mb flash memory is not available.So, we are checking about STM32F779NIH6 or STM32F777NIH6. Can we directly replace STM32F746NG by STM32F779NIH6 or STM32F777NIH6. I have not seen displays with 1 data Lane MIPI but they are always 2 data Lane MIPIbut some STM chips have only one 1 data Lane MIPICan it be somehow connected like grounding the remaining line.
