Hi everyone! I'm using two uC, STM32F105VCT7TR and MSP430G2452, and I'm establishong an I2C communication between them, with the STM32F105 being the master and MSP430 the slave. For the write operation, the communication works fine. However, when performing a read operation, things do not go as expected - I can't read the data (every time I get FF data) and the bus gets stuck.Here's what I'm doing to read the MSP data.

I'm trying to implement a SPI transfer between flash and SPI2 - a simple display. I'm using LL everywhere.No problem with M3 and M4 - But GPDMA is completely different. "Normal" SPI work but no way to enable DMA.Based on the only example with LL (All the examples are flash to ram only!). Now I'm using the "STM32G491CCU6" MCU.It uses 5 and 4 channels of ADC1 and ADC2, respectively, while also using DMA.However, I configured it to use Rank and make DMA interrupt, and when writing code through STM32CubeIDE, I set "HAL_ADC_Start_DMA" and "HAL_ADC_Stop_DMA" to run ADC1 first and then read ADC2. Which of the five channels read from the ADC1 side is the problem? Up to Rank 1 and 2 out of 5 channels work well, but Rank 3 doesn't seem to work properly. Attach ".ioc" and ".project". To put it simply, the purpose is to accurately accept the values read from line 152. I am testing internally while configuring the board, but can the ADC value from the 3Pin sensor to SIGNAL not be measured properly in the corresponding MCU? In case of a temperature sensor consisting of 2Pin, the ADC value is coming out well.

Somehow this is not right, or i got it wrong?

Just wondering if anyone has information on how to sync external ADC and DAC conversions?The ADC and DAC are connected as SPI peripherals (separate SPI's) to an STM32G474RE.The system needs to run in continuous mode with a configurable delay between the DAC and ADC conversions.DAC leading the ADC.Can the device's DMAMUX synchronization perhaps be used to accomplish something like this?Thanks -JK

  I've enable fatfs and usb_otg_hs. In fatfs I set 4 partitions and read/write successfully.And now all 4 partitions show in PC.Any ideas if I only want to show one partition?

I'm modifying some code to start using double buffered DMA. Hi folks,I would like to use the I2C serial communication protocol to write/read from the Flash Memory using the STM32G474 microcontroller. I am using the B-G474E-DPOW1 board which does not have an EEPROM. Is it possible to achieve this goal or do I have to use the I2C serial communication protocol to write/read to an external EEPROM. I would appreciate any pointers on this matter. I installed it twice in Windows 10 from the zip file I downloaded from the ST website and then once with GitHub, but still no joy.All the other apps show up as Ok by the Validator.I'm going to proceed with the workshop but if you can shed some light on why I'm getting this message, I'd appreciate it.Regarding my configuration, I've install the executables in "f:\usr" vs "c:\program files" and the data in g:\wss" vs.  "c:" drives.

I am using two NUCLEO-F103RB boards for implementing and testing single-wire, half-duplex UART communication in polling mode. First I implemented and tested code based on the ‘UART_TwoBoards_ComPolling' example, which is included in the STM32F1 HAL library. Next I modified the code with the STM32CubeMX tool and set UART to Single-Wire (Half-Duplex), then re-created the code. See the screenshot. The idea is to only change what is required for switching from full-duplex to half-duplex, and leave the remaining code unchanged.Note that STM32CubeMX configures full-duplex UART config with a Push-Pull output. Hello,I am running into an issue where I can only receive on UART5 of an STM32H7A3LI if I have been debugging since a power cycle. The code runs normally otherwise after a power cycle, but UART5 cannot receive unless it is debugging.Using a JLink Pro, VSCode, arm-none-eabi-gdb-py, STM32H7A3LI on a custom PCBI have confirmed data is sent and received regardless of debug state using a logic analzyer, the problem is definitely on the MCUI have tried attaching the debugger to an existing session using SEGGER's ozone, the DMA counter gets incremented on the first byte received but the data is just a 0, it is not the actual byte receivedThis does not happen on other UARTs or USARTs, I am able to receive normally from other devices connected to other UARTs regardless of whether or not I am debuggingThe Instruction and Data caching has been disabled for the send buffer. In my application I have TIM1 configured to output a configurable frequency - which works well.Now I want to add support for pausing the timer and the outputs should then go to inactive state( = low).But whatever I try with MOE, OSSI, CC2E, CC2NE bits, both outputs on channel 2 remain high.Am I misinterpreting table 116 on page 604 of the ref.manual?

Hey,I am starting to write a new project on STM32H745ZI.Core M7 is responsible for control and core M4 is responsible for communication with a computer.There is a lot of data that I want to share between the two cores, there is data that the access speed is critical only for the M7 core and there is data that the access speed is critical for both cores.my question:Is there a connection between which part of SRAM I save the data and the data access speed for each core?If so, where should I save data in different cases of needing access speed?Thanks for the helpers!!

hello everyone , while burning  file in stm32103  with stmcube programmer i checked rdp in option byte ,now when i try to erase previous file and burn new file again it says core is locked up ,is there any solution ?

I'm using the STM32F412 with an SPI LCD on a custom board and am having problems with the SPI communications. It seems that the TXE flag is always high, and therefore the code locks on the  -:while (!__HAL_SPI_GET_FLAG(&spiHal, SPI_FLAG_TXE)):- check used after loading the first character into the FIFO. I'm using the Arduino TFT_eSPI library and this was previously tested using an STM32F410 Nucleo board. We used the F412 for the production system as we need more memory and may require USB later, but I would have expected this to work much the same on the two processors. I could guess that I've not got something configured correctly somewhere - possibly with the clocks (since I'm a little suspicious that my clock config isn't bei

The data sheet for the STM32H735 (DS13312) lists "ADC3_INP16" as an additional function for PH5, and this function is also available for selection in both STM32Cube IDE and STM32CubeMX.However, in looking at the STM32H735 reference manual (RM0468) , the ADC3 connectivity figure (29.4.4 Figure 231) does not list ADC3_INP16.ADC3 has 19 total inputs (external inputs 0..15 and 3 internal inputs for vbat, vsense, and vrefinit),What is the purpose of ADC3_INP16 as an additional function on this pin?  It seems unlikely that the IDE and data sheet both contain this same error, but in reading the documentation I cannot understand what the purpose of using the pin for this function would be.Thank you.

Hello. I have recently purchased STM32L0538-DISCO board and I want to play a bit with the E-paper display. After struggling for a couple of hours trying to find some sample code or projects to run on STM32CubeIDE, I have found somewhat relevant thread here:https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-touch-gfx-and-gui/problem-with-stm32l0538-disco-e-paper/td-p/230661 I have located STM32_Cube_FW_L0_V1.12.2 on my PC and tried to follow the migration guide UM2579.Unfortunately, I have not been able to migrate the project to STM32CubeIDE as I think the instructions are not fully clear.

All STM32 datasheets seem to have the Figure "Recommended NRST pin protection" copied and pasted. This figure suggests that an external reset circuit consisting of a BUTTON AND CAPACITOR is recommended to "protect the device against parasitic resets". This is in direct contradiction to training manuals like https://www.st.com/resource/en/product_training/STM32G0-System-Reset-and-clock-control-RCC.pdf (which says on page 7 that no external components are required) and marketing materials that suggest that a benefit of MCUs like the G0 series is that they require a minimal amount of external components.I've seen people on internet forums insist that the 100nF capacitor is necessary even if there is no button or anything else connected to NRST.
