Has anyone in the community used the ST7540 PLM in an airport environment ? I am working on a FAA contract that requires PLC control of multiple lighting cabinets over a distance of 1 kilometer. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated !

Hi, The current design requirements for a Fire Panel system, demand power line communication over a distance of more than 1.2 km. More than 254 devices (detectors) would be interfaced to the main control panel. Suggest possible feasible solution for the above mentioned design specifications and share the relevant files. Hi, I'm currently learning how to create an IO-LINK device using the NUCLEO-G071RB and X-NUCLEO-IOD02A1 and configure it to operate in Transparent mode. I have already used simple SPI communication to adjust the register parameters within the L6364 to enable Transparent mode. I would like to ask, after setting up and enabling the SPI and UART pins during initialization, how should I write to the L6364 registers? Currently, besides pulling the 'SS' pin low, I also need to "DeInit" the UART before I can write to the registers. Is this the correct approach? Best regards, Dillon

We have purchased an ST60 development board for wireless data transmission. Where can I find more information about- We do not have an electrical circuit for the ST60 debug board, we need a circuit for connecting to an external control board. - We need a more detailed datasheet for the ST60A2G0 chip in order to have electrical characteristics, pinout, connection interfaces. - The main requirement for us is the transmission of a video stream. Perhaps you have solutions or suggestions on which protocol and interface we can transmit the video stream using coaxial connectors on the debug board.Could you send the datasheets by e-mail?Best regards,

I have seen some thread about this topic but it's still not clear to me.I'm using the x-nucleo-BNRG2A1 which embed a BNRG-M2SP. Is it possible to increase the ATT_MTU size ? for example in the sample example code we do a aci_gatt_exchange_config(connection_handle) but there is no way to change or initialize the ATT_MTU size.same thing with the BLUENRG-M0A which is 4.2 compliant.Regards,

Hi,Is there any information regarding whether there are internal clamping diodes to VDD and GND on the open-drain outputs (RP_1A5, RP_3A, ATTACH, ALERT, A_B_SIDE, GPIO) of the STUSB4500L device? If these outputs have external pull-up resistors that connect to a separate 3.3V supply that is always ON, and the STUSB4500L is off when the USB is disconnected (the device is powered by USB VBUS), what leakage currents can we expect to flow into the device?

Hello, I've designed a board based on the EVB schematics and layout. I need to output a frequency of 1250 MHz.I managed to make it work with the on-board 100 MHz oscillator, and it works well with 25 MHz external clock, but I can't find a way to use it with a 10 MHz clock...I tried both STW81200 GUI for EVB and STW81200 but I can't find a way to extract all registers table with the exported value...  I would be interested for a complete register table to operate at 10 MHz input clock. Thanks

Im developing a custom board with a non ST microcontroller, the board has 6 mosfets and i wish to monitor them using ST's TSC1641 Is it possible to have 6 of the aforementioned sensors to monitor each mosfet? Also is the exposed pad at the center really to be left isolated or can it be connected to ground?  If its possible to use the 6 devices in i3c how would the adress assignment look like? how would the devices know the assignment was to them? Ive left a0 and a1 connected to a 3 way solder bridge so i can place a shunt to power or ground in each

Hello!I am asking for help or advice from experienced colleagues. I am developing a device in which the STM32G030C8T6 microcontroller “catches-up” the upstream signal from the 74HC04 inverter with the TIM1 (CH2, as trigger source) timer and should give a pulse on another channel of the same timer (TIM1_CH1, Output Compare). To test the operation of the TIM1 timer, I activated TIM14 as a signal generator and supplied signals to TIM1 (line B) - with such an input signal to TIM1, its output (TIM1_CH1) works as expected and produces pulses with a Vmax above 2 volts. But if I apply an "external" signal from the inverter (line A), then for some reason the signal at the output from TIM1 becomes weak, at a level of 80...120 mV.

How can we increase the output power to 16dBm of S2-LP - in combination with the SigFox stack? I am trying to receive calls when a device receives scan requests but I can not get the events to work;Meaning I want the hci_le_scan_request_received_event and/or aci_hal_scan_req_report_event calls to be called whenever there is a scan request. Hi, I am working on a project that involves, among other things, BLE communication. The host side of the BLE runs on an STM32F091RC, and for the controller, I am using the BLUENRG-M2SP. As a starting point, I used a Nucleo board with the X-Nucleo shield and flashed a zephyr BLE peripheral example on the STM32. The application starts correctly, the initialization passes, and it begins advertising.The first problem I encountered is when I try to connect a phone. Among other logs, I am getting the following:  [00:01:31.465,000] <wrn> bt_hci_core: opcode 0x2016 status 0x3a [00:01:31.465,000] <err> bt_hci_core: Failed read remote features (-16)  Besides this log, I am able to connect to the phone, read characteristics, etc. However, what is strange is that when I read the connection destination address, I am getting FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF. What is the current into VSYS when reset is high and VDD is 0V?

 We have a problem to drive a crystal some of the PCB on after the mass production as we tought have problem to value of XO_RCO_CONF0  registers GM_CONF values.Is there any body help that value?How can we solve that problem?Is this value critical? Note: The crystal had been used completly same with S2-LP's suggest. Best RegardsMelih

I am trying to get 12V at the output of STKNX buck converter, but I am not getting it and the STKNX dead.The RFB1 that I am using is 33K Ohm and the RFB2 is 3k Ohm, with these resistors the Vout would be 1 + 33k/3k = 12V. The maximum value of this voltage, that I got, was 9.46V while I was using RFB2 as 3.9k Ohm and if I use 3.24K (Vout = 1 + 33k/3.24k = 11.18V) the STKNX dead.Does anyone know where the problem would be? I saw in the datasheet that the STKNX buck output could be up to 12V. Do the resistors have any limit value?

Hello, I am a beginner trying to make a project with stm32 nucleo l452re and s2lp on steval fki868v2. I downloaded the s2lp library which has a drivers folder (with subfolders BSP,S2LP Library, MCU, S2LP_Middleware,Utils). When I add this to the stm32cube Ide project under drivers and give include paths in project properties and then try to use some functions of the library, or replicate basicgeneric.c example, I get a cascade of compiler errors.Pls help me out. A sample project link as to how all the folders are to be included without errors in compilation and what paths to give to compiler would be extremely helpful.

I'm trying to follow the test procedure for BlueNRG-MS (SPI) indicated in the Bringing up the BlueNRG and BlueNRG-MS devices - Application note (AN4494).I am using custom board (Microchip dsPIC33F) to talk to BlueNR-M0A.SPI Setting: 625K baud rate, SPII mode 0.Following the Test procedure on Page 5, I got correct packet from BlueNRG-M0A:Step 4: I received [02,7F,00,00,00]Step 6: I received [02,7F,00,06,00]However, on Step 7, I always received [FF, FF, FF, FF, FF, FF].  Note: I sent CTRL byte 0x0B, followed by 4 dummy byte 0x00. I have checked codes again and again, have no idea where to look at.Please help with this issue, and point out a direction.Thanks.Leo
