I have recorded hours of movement data using all three accelerometers (and gyro) of ST SensorTile.box sensor.In my custom application from expert mode, I set the ODR of LSM6DSOX on 208Hz, LIS3DHH on 1100Hz, and LIS2DW12 on 1600Hz. Hello,I am currently working with STM32wl55jc. My application invlolves few I2C sensors.The application also invlolves VL53l0x. These sensors have been mounted on a single PCB.I have tried explaining the problem below.1. I am currently reading the sensor data every minute. And Transmitting it over to the LoRaWAN server.2. All the sensors have different addresses.3. The product works fine for some amount of time and then while reading data from VL53l0x the I2C-SCL line goes low. I have conducted two tests.1. Reading all the sensors EXCEPT Vl53l0x. The application reuns fine for few hours without facing any issues on the I2C line.2. Reading data from ONLY VL53l0x The application misbehaves after some time.3. Connecting ALL the sensors to STM32G491RE.The failure doesn't take place. The I2Cfailure is only seen when Vl53l0x is connected to STM32wl55jc and that too after hours.The failure of I2C is uncertain. Sometimes it is observed within 2 hours, sometimes after 3 hour

We are having a few issues with the size of the numbers we are receiving so want to check the units are m/s.

As far as I know, the LIS3MDL is an excellent 3-axis tmr sensor. What I want to know is whether the magnetic field components of the XYZ axes measured by the LIS3MDL sensor are strictly orthogonal, and do I need to do some calibration before using it? Thanks�?

Hi, I am currently using a STEVAL-MKI135V1 with a LIS2DH mounted on. According to the datasheet, the adress is supposed to be 0x31 or 0x33 (depending on the SD0 pin pulled down or low).I use an ATSAML11 mounted on the board SAML11 XplainedPro. I use the I2C bus declard in the Atmel Start Project to do so with the HAL driver SYNC.The thing is that my I2C bus recognizes the LIS2DH at the address 0x18 or 0x19. Why? Also, I can read in all the register (the WHO_AM_I register shows me 0x33 as it is supposed to be) but it seems I can not write inside the registers to put the LIS2DH in "power-up mode".According to the datasheet, the valuye in the CTRL_REG1 = 0x07 shows that it stays in power-down mode wherever I try to write in the registers.( And by the way, the readings and writing functions return the value '0' as they should.)Someone has already faced this issue?

Hello everyone,I have an application that eventually record some audios and is working fine with a pair of MP34DT01. It works over SAI with a clock of 1.024MHz and a decimation factor of 64 (for the PDM2PCM), leading to an audio frequency of 16kHz.The problem that I have now, is that I'm migrating the MEMS to MP34DT05-A. It seems to actually be working fine so far, but in its datasheets it states a minimum clock frequency of 1.280MHz. Therefore, ideally I should change the frequency of the SAI interface. I've done it and I've also changed the decimation factor to 80, as explained in AN5027 and UM2372. However, with these new configs, I obtained just noise (like a strong beep). I've checked the clock with the osciloscope and it is indeed 1.280MHz.Is there any other configuration (maybe related to the DMA?) that I'm missing here in order to be able to increase the SAI clock from 1.024MHz to 1.280MHz?Is it even necessary to do this frequency change? considering that although the datasheet

We are using the IIS3DWB eval board and noticed that occasionally the values in at least one of the output registers are double what they should be while the accelerometer is at rest in 8g mode. Hello,I am using LIS2DH12TR through SPI but I am not able to operate it on greater than 2.8V. On greater than 2.8V I am not able to read the device ID. But according to the datasheet, it is able to operate up to 3.6 V. SO how can I use this ic greater than 2.8V?Any help would be appreciable Thanks and RegardsSarthak Malik

I'm using a nucleo f401re with a lps25hb. Currently I'm getting very wrong values, this is caused by the reading of the registers. For example when I call the registers of temperature which is composed by two bytes HAL_I2C_Mem_Read(&hi2c1, LPS25HB_I2C_ADD_H, LPS25HB_TEMP_OUT_L,         I2C_MEMADD_SIZE_8BIT, bufp, 2, 1000);It only reads the LPS25HB_TEMP_OUT_L to the bufp p array. If I call the two registers LPS25HB_TEMP_OUT_L and LPS25HB_TEMP_OUT_H separately, it works fine. Therefore I doubt I missed something in the auto-incremental register address setting of the sensor.Thx in advance.

I would like to use the MotionFX Library from the X-CUBE-MEMS1 package in a project on a STM32WL55JC.The datasheet of the library states the following:Cortex-M4: 44.1 kB of code and 1.1 kB of data memoryI have already written a library for another application that converts my data for the MotionFX library and returns me the filtered values (Similar to User Manual UM2220, page 14). Before I include this, I have 8.66 KB of free RAM and 38.91 KB of free Flash. When I add the functions with the MotionFX Lib, I get the following errors:FLASH overflowed by 4336 bytesRAM overflowed by 3200 bytesNow my questions:Is Code Size == Flash Size ?Is it possible to reduce the required RAM & Flash size by the MotionFx Library by changing the compiler settings?Why does the real required RAM & Flash size differ from the values given in the user manual?Is there generally an approach to reduce the size of the library for my application (simple Kalman filter, no calibration of the IMUs) by omitting

We have been using rounding successfully for 3 years to access data from the FIFO of an lmsd6DSL to a connected micro computer via the SPI bus. The lmsdso32 app notes describe exactly the same process for rouding reading of the fifo which we are using but it is not working. at all correctly (incorrect data returned and FIFO status not updating after a read).We have checked over and over our interpretaion of the app notes. We conclude the MEM device firware has changed or there is something missing from the app notes.

Dear ST engineers:​ I'm using a 6 axis IMU module (lsm6dsltr) for my project and this picture is the gyro original data. My parameters of the module is LSM6DSL_2000dps with 260mHz filtering chain. The figure shows a vibration circumstance that after rotate the module in 90 degree in different orientations (xyz axis), it has a reverse data slowly regress to 0. The vibrate integral area of it is similar to the rotate integral area which will cause the yaw data becoming useless.Are there any solutions to handle the gyro original data? The graph shows the rotate in each axis. Rotated the module for 90 degree. After a short pause, then rotate it back to the beginning position. Best regard.​

I created a CO sensor application with stm32wb55rg, and I am using ST BLE Sensor for plotting and visualizing. I also want to send my log data to AWS IoT. When I go to the AWS IOT tab on the cloud logging page of the BLE Sensor, I am facing an "invalid certificate path" error. Could someone please explain how I can fill these Client ID, certificate, and private files tab? Where can I find these certificate and private files? Client ID is referred to what?Thank you,
