Hello, Just a quick heads up regarding LL implementation of LSI.It fails to start, while same setup generated for HAL works as it should.Now looking in detail whats wrong in register level calls, will post my results.ST, I hope you will find and fix this issue with LL code generation, thank you !

Auto-conversion from a CubeMX 6.2.1 File to a CubeMX 6.8.1 compatible file through CubeMX 6.8.1 does NOT retain the UART4 GPIO Pull-up/Pull-down settings from the original file. Thought I'd share it here in case someone else is running into this problem as well.

There is a newly introduced bug in the freshly upgraded package coming with the IDE 1.11. MX_SDMMC1_SD_Init(void) does not configure hsd1.Init.BusWide = SDMMC_BUS_WIDE_1B but directly to the final state choosen in CubeMX (in my case 4B). But the SD requires to be started and configured with 1B before switching to the final configuration. Forcing manually to 1B makes the job, but CubeMX changes it back to 4B after each generation. The easy workaround is to force 1B in the user code at the end of SD_init function.Could you confirm this is a bug and roll back to the correct version ?

Hello,Im working on a Project, which i use with it STM32F750N8H6 with external Memory and im trying to interface them to each other.I have so far now done the Configuation of GPIO, TimingParameters..etc but i wanted giving too the Value of the Clock Frequncy for SDRAM in Clock-Configuation, then i have not found the FMC-Clock Mux!Where can i entering the Value in order to make the Interface well working?Thanks,

Hello,I started the upgrade process as always under administrator rights, the download and installation finished successfully and then I need to restart with administrator rights again to fulfil the installation and I get this:I close all the other application, I even restart the PC but still I get this. 

Hi,I have a cube ide project that has started to consistently crash the codegenerator module whenever I try to reopen the .ioc file. It displays the usual dialogs about rendering interface then nothing happens. I am experiencing issues while trying to operate the BR2804 1700Kv BLDC motor with the IHM07M1 motor controller and either the L476RG or G071RB board. we are just using the software like cube mx , cube ide to genarate code . while using L476RG , all pin are matched with IHM07M1 but even after changing some values in mc workbench , the motor only rotates for a short duration (2 or 3 seconds) before encountering startup failure or speed feedback issues. Additionally, the motor sometimes produces a struggling noise during the startup process.

In cubeMX, Il gave a user name 'led1_rouge' to PI1.When I go to Keil microvision, intellisense gives me two names : led1_rouge_pin led1rouge_gpio_portWhat is the difference between them ?Jean

I wish to run sample code/examples on X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 and NUCLEO-L476RG development board.Is there any guide describing step by step procedure of adding X-CUBE-NFC6 expansion to STM32CubeMX∕IDE? 

Apparently in v2.8 TF-A the RCC device tree block changed significantly for the STM32MP157CAAx board as this commit shows:https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/arm-trusted-firmware/commit/3cf2edd6b87ca5c131108c533761d26cb0539d5eSo old device trees from v2.6 will not work anymore. We need to be able to generate device trees for v2.8, when will STM32CubeMX be able to generate those? Can you help us @Olivier GALLIEN ?

I have a simple question. How to "attach" external interrupt to pin "selected" as Alternate Function of some peripheral in CubeMX. For example:I set PA8 as TIM4_ETR signal. Then i want to add external interrupt on the same pin. How to do that in CubeMX ? Thanks.

Hi, Lot of people had this issue, nothing worked for me and I think it might be a newbie mistake. I'm trying to communicate in USB between my PC (host) and a stm32f429ZI board (device). The size of the heap shouldn't be an issue as it seem like the memory allocation for the header is static. But I still tried to increase it to 0x2000. I also tried to change the PC and the stm32f429zi board. No success.Here are the schematics for the USB pins of this board.  I measured:VCC 5.1VD- 0VD+ 2.9VID 0VGND 0VI tried to activate the VBUS as well even if my power source is from the PC and that I get the 5V on VCC, no improvement My STMcube settings and clock:Usb device is activated and set to Communication device classMy windows driver is this one:  The MX_USB_DEVICE_Init() function runs with no problemAny lead?Thanks

Hi ,Do I need Cube MX to use Motor Control Workbench?I am currently trying to control a motor using Cube IDE and Motor Control Workbench.When I execute "Generate the project" in Motor Control Workbench, "STM32Cube MX not found" is displayed and I cannot proceed from the situation. I previously saw the article in the STM32 microcontroller development support tool that "Cube IDE has all the functions of Cube MX built-in." Therefore, I thought that Cube MX is included in Cube IDE.

I paired the HSE and PLL clocks for the USB to provide 48 MHz and a system clock of 72 MHz. I've seen that the ESOF,RESET, SUSP, and ERR interrupts seem to hit me first and that the CTR interrupt never occurs,based on what I've observed in the USB_ISTR register. I've tried using default endpoints, but I still can't figure out what's creating this problem. Please assist me in solving the issues at hand.     

Hello,I've been having difficulties saving projects in STM32CubeMX. I am using stm32f334. it has hrtim timers. based on its manual it also has HRTIM_SCIN. but I don't know where should I find its setting in the CubeMX to activate it

Hi all,We are about to start evaluation in the following development environment specified by the module manufacturer.ST Micro NUCLEO-L073RZKeil μVision V5 ( V5.29 )STM32cubeMX  (V 6.0.1 ,STM32Cube MCU Package for STM32L0 1.11.3)We cheked the Pack Installer in the μVision, in the devices tab, we can select the STM32L073RZ, in the boards tab, we can not select the NUCLEO-L073 only L053RB.please cheke attached the files.what should we do?Please advise how to deal with this problem and how to solve it.Best regards,sss_jpn

Does anyone meet this problem?I use Stm32Cubex  to do a freertos & sdcard with sdmmc, it work good,but it has a problem, it the board power on first and not press reset button.the first f_open will return  FR_NOT_READY and the f_mount is FR_OK. then any fatfs api will not work, all return FR_DISK_ERROR.but if i power on the board and press reset button, it work.

Hello everybody,i am using STM32G071RBTX and stm32cubide, using ADC1 for 10 analog pins and i nead to start conversions and read value of them one by one.my problem is there are 10 analog pins which means 10 channels but i do not know how can i read them while there is just 8 number of conversions.can anyone give me any clues?

I am using NUCLEO-F401RE board with X-NUCLEO-IKS01A3 extension board for a pedometer application. The sensor data from board is displayed on Command Shell Console in STM32CubeIDE but want this data is text or csv file for further analysis. Can somebody help me with this?

Hello,I am working with a STM32H743 and an Ethernet controller which I drive with SPI.So I don't use the ETH config in CubeMX (and I can't because pins are already taken by other functionalities), but I'd like to use the LWIP package which can't be enabled without ETH IP configured. Is it really impossible to enable or is there an other way ?Thanks in advance.Regards,Sulian
